I hope this in not inappropriate and I may just be over tired but I think she will get :
 Involuntary manslaughter/ or voluntary manslaughter.
Casey looked up chloroform as a means to make her sleep. So she could go out.
I think she gave her too much and caylee never woke up. She called George and Cindy no one returned her calls she couldn't call 911 because of the drugs in caylee 's system. So she wrapped her  in a blanket and put her in the trunk of her car and put it out of her mind. She could do this then  stayed with Tony.
When she returned to her car she had to fix this and put her in the trash bags because Decomposition  was  starting  and poor caylee  was leaking so wrapped the duct tape and put her in plastic bags  and we all know the rest.

OMG, you have to watch this video. Start @ 5:40 mark.....LDB in her closing argument talking about 100 percent of accidents involving children are reported to 911, because the parent wants them to LIVE! Dot Simms keeps looking @ KC's face to see if KC is showing any emotion, which she isn't so she tries to get Casey's attention to cue her to react/cry/show some sort of freaking emotion.....Casey totally ignoring her, so Simms literally bumps her with her right arm (watch KC's whole head/upper body jolt to the right when Simms does this)@ about 6:10 mark.
Casey never strays from her stone evil staring baboon face......Simms finally gives up.
I watched a couple times to make sure I wasn't imagining Simms attempt to cue KC, and I don't think I am.

 I don't know how Simms sleeps at night knowing how evil KC really is.

looks like baez is nudging her but yep, she's ignoring them, she's so angry...looks like she wants to go for Linda's jugular huh?

I don't know how Simms rationalizes any of it. The way she acts you'd think of all the defense team members she would be the one having the hardest time with her conscience, but maybe it's all an act and there's a whole other Simms we never get to see.

I'm glad they put up something for us to see of kc during that. I missed it and can re watch it, but not kc during it.

Not taking up for Smms at all..I believe she knows her client is guilty.  I think she is a person that is anti death penalty..and that is the only reason she would have joined this case..to help save a life..not to win.  I think the same of Cheney Mason..he knows she is guilty..heck many months before he joined the team he said on air that he knew she was..he joined because he wanted to help her have a better defense then just Baez and he is anti DP.

I am glad that Mason, Simms and Finnel hoped on board the crazy Casey train..because she can not declare she has grounds for appeal because of poor legal respentation. 

Kinda like a proctologist...somebody's got to do it.

I can't imagine 1 juror not having comment sense. I think they all will say guilty!

Did Caylee not have a pediatrician? Was she up to date on her shots? Not a single mention of Caylee seeing a pediatrician through this whole thing.

So, what bothers me... Is... Why?

MMR, Varicella, DTP, etc are all mandatory for Americans. So I would like to know if Caylee actually saw a pediatrician like she should have.

Cindy being a nurse, and taking care of Caylee, I feel like she surely saw to Caylee's health needs.

But chloroforming a child to get them to sleep is aggravated child abuse, which is felony murder...right? Surely chloroforming a child isn't legal, is it? If that's not abuse then...yikes.

And regarding juror #5 causing a hung jury.....how would someone even KNOW that? They wouldn't. Unless this is some kind of convoluted conspiracy, which in this circus of a trial wouldn't surprise me.

When I did my search on Chloroform, I understood it to say that any amount of chloroform willfully administered to a person of any age-is illegal.

I hope this in not inappropriate. I have been watching closing arguments all day today and wonder if anyone else is as upset as I am about a Chevrolet commercial that I have seen several times on HLN. The one that is playing "You Are My Sunshine" and talking about people bringing their newborn babies home from the hospital in a Chevrolet. SO WRONG to show this during this trial. How insensitive can you be? I am totally turned off by this.

On topic now.....Linda did a fabulous job in her rebutal closing! JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE IS COMING!!!

I just sat through the commercial...it really tugs at my heart and makes me extremely sad when I hear it...I try to leave the room or turn it down when it comes on but sometimes I just can't do it in time...it is too difficult to listen to and should NOT be on during this time...there are sooooo many places to put this commerical, not during a criminal trial...especially one where the song has a relationship with this particular trial.

Happy 4th to you all...we r on vacation but all 18 of us watched today!  I have everyone hooked on Justice 4 Caylee..  Linda did awesome today!

Probably the same consultant that told the reporters tweeting about it. They can only guess by experiance but they could be right too. Never know.

But what I'm getting at there wasn't any questioning of a single pediatrician. It would have been in a doc dump or brought up at her trial. A pediatrician, if Caylee was seeing one, would have been subpoenaed either by the Prosecution OR the Defense..whichever one could use it to their advantage.

It's odd tp me that it wasn't really mentioned.
