I am just praying that god will guide these jurors...I feel like DR. G there is no reason to put duct tape on a child's face before or after death
Dear Lord please put your hands on each juror and let them see the truth no matter how horrible it is, and lord help these 12 jurors make the right decisions. And let justice come swiftly for our little angel who suffered and died at her mother's hands. Amen

Good morning everyone I am here after a restless night, once again.
I have always believed if someone is murdered they can not rest til their murderer is brought to justice, I pray this is not true in Caylee's sake but I have a feeling this was not the first act of abuse towards Caylee we all seen pictures of her having a scrape bruise under her eye. I also saw a pic where her little lip had a cut on it like someone hit her in the mouth.
I know the state didn't bring these pictures in court .

If KC gets the death penalty does she automatically get appeal by the state and if so does Bozo and company represent her or does she get new lawyers?

Good Morning, Monkeys,

Baez would represent her on appeal only if she is more stupid than we know.  IMO, he did a terrible job!  He is as much a sociopath as Casey.  Again, IMO only.

Yes. it  is automatic, however takes 4-5 years I believe.  Trying to find info for you.
I found this site......GOOD read.

IMO, giving your child chloroform to put her to sleep resulting in death is aggravated child abuse resulting in death which would qualify for the death penalty.
I agree 100% I just don't think everyone else will

Good Morning Monkekys!

Why, why doesn't SOMEONE tell LKB that cause of death DOES NOT need to be proved by the State?  I'm so sick of her saying that and I must say, this morning on the Today show, she looks like carp!!  (both the pile and the fish)

Continued prayers for the jurors to use their common senses and the facts of the trial to bring Caylee Marie the justice she deserves.

Another thing, as some of you know, I have bred, shown and posted photos of my Yorkies for years.  I have been around dozens over the years.  One thing they NEVER were was "sleepy"!  I will not go so far as to say there is no such thing as a sleepy Yorkie but will say it must be extremely rare.

Also I don't think for one minute that the photo of Caylee opening that door was what it was portrayed to be.  It's another Yorkie thing to leave the door open just a little like that so they can come back in after going outside.  Totally familiar to me in that regard as I think it would be to others with toy breed dogs.

My vet of 30 years also has told me to given they Benadryl to make them more subdued in times of stress.  One occasion I recall is when getting a new roof with 4 or 5 of them.  They didn't understand and were going nuts.  Maybe this is where Casey got the idea to drug her child.  And the dogs till were not sleepy, just less hysterical.

I am not saying Yorkies are hyper, just high energy much like Jack Russels and Border Collies and other high energy breeds.

I despise people who think human beings can be "sedated" at will like predators who use date rape drugs and parents who drug their child.  If it were that simple, anestheseologists would not have to have about 12 years training to do it safely.  I think this happens far more than is recognized.

My rant for the morning.

Judge Belvin Perry read jurors their instructions and made several points on the charges facing the 25-year-old Anthony before sending them out.

Once a verdict is reached, Perry will give a 30 minute warning to allow the state, defense, defendant and other to gather inside the courtroom.

I should be asleep.  But I had one of those face palm, head desk, light bulb moments which other smarter monkeys probably already had.  I woke up realizing the significance of the Teddy Bear and had to come post.  The story was totally concocted by Cindy and Dominic Casey with the help of the "psychic" to explain his presence in the woods looking for Caylee.  First Cindy sets it up by saying that Teddy disappeared.  Then we are supposed to believe that the psychic led Dominic Casey to the woods because she was sent Teddy which was a connection to Caylee to help her find her.  Then, Teddy is sent back to Dominic Casey.  Ugh, they are all  completely morally bankrupt, to borrow a phrase.  If this post gets buried, I may bump it up later.  I can't believe I am up posting this!

I was thinking about this.. well, not specifically about the teddy, but about the possibility that Cindy knew what happened to Caylee, or at least knew well before the police did where Caylee's body was. If we believe that Caylee was found dead, and George covered it up, and then at some point Cindy found out but didn't say anything,  couldn't they also be charged with something? If we're assuming the drowning scenario, whoever may have been involved in at least the "burial" should be charged with improper disposal of a corpse or something.  Which means George should have been charged.  I don't know what would have happened to Cindy if she knew, though, even if she had no part of burying Caylee. She would have knowledge of a crime of some sort, and a failure to report.  Then if we believe mom and dad both knew about what happened..  or hell, knew it wasn't an accident but came to know exactly where Caylee was buried, then wouldn't they be charged as  a accessories? At this point, then I wonder if Cindy set Casey up so she could have full custody of Caylee.. but seeing as how she would go on the stand and lie for her daughter, that doesn't seem quite right.     Needless to say, my mind has been all over the place on this case.

I just really don't believe George found Caylee in the pool, and I think if he had, he would have called the police. I don't think his mind would have immediately went to 1.) if I report this, somehow sexual abuse will come out, or 2.) Cindy will flip out on Casey, so we'd better make sure she never finds out.

Granted I know way more than these jurors do, but I do not see how any of the jurros could watch her for 8 weeks and come away with a NG verdict.

How the jurors would not think if this was an accident, why she didn't report it? Why would she sit in jail for 3 years if this was an accident.  They have to see that.  That would be my first question.

Somebody please shoot me.
Trust me I know she is 100% Guilty but we know way more the they do .She didn't call 911 because Caylee never woke up. Their would have been drugs in her system.

I'm just trying to prepare myself for when the jury come back a lesser charge so I don't need meds myself..

I keep reading this, but an accidental drug overdose is 1st degree murder.  I don't know why this would be okay and not punishable.  If perhaps, Benadryl was given too much, maybe they would get manslaughter, and if shown that Benadryl was given in quantities to keep a child out all night so you can go party, and giving chloroform so you can go out and party is 1st degree murder.

So, I can go give my children too much chloroform and go out and party at which time my child dies and I then put duct tape on her face to keep fluids from seeping out and then throw her in a swamp, I could get off for murder?  Wow, I really hope no juror thinks this because it is disgusting.

An accidental drug overdose during the commission of child abuse (giving a child chloroform is child abuse) is 1st degree murder.

Baez is thinking:

"Sorry, but you're really *edit language*.
And I'm sorry I couldn't do anything for you.
As a matter of fact, there was never anything I really could do for you.
You're as guilty as the day is long.  Your lies, make not a good song.
But you understand, that I tried...and I lied...
...because, I just wanted to make a name for myself."

Agree you never know what a jury will do especially since Judge Perry refused to let the Prosecution strike that one Juror who said she can't judge people.  But whatever they do, I still can't see they letting Casey waltz out the front door.  They will give her something even if it is far less than she deserves.

Note the Defense shills are saying anything less than DP is a victory.

I was watching a show on that pervert who should be shot that took Ben Ownby and Sean Hornbeck got like 3000 years in prison.  Granted, his crimes are disgusting and he deserves it, but his victims did not die, and he is spending 3000 years in prison.  Yes, he has many more charges and 2 victims, but IN MY MIND, if he can get 3000 years in prison, so can she.

The world we live in sucks.  Our justice system sucks and I am seriously having a very hard time with this.

Hubby came home this morning and I looked at him and started crying.  He goes what's the matter.  I just cannot take this.  Told him waiting for jury to come in and reading all the crap online about which jurors look like they are going with the defense, which charges she might be found guilty of, if she may walk, I seriously need this to end.

Why are victims allowed to be treated this way?  I doubt she will walk, but if a hung jury, will the state want to spend the money to try her all over again?  Will bozo be her lawyer?  I could not stand another 3 years, especially if she gets bond while they retry her.
