Sounds like #4 has made up her mind?  What about #5.. I hear we have to be concerned about that one as well.

I am thinking back on other trials I have followed...many times jurors actions or non-actions have been speculated about and when all is said and done and they were asked about something their answers are so off the mark of what has been speculated ....that is why I don't pay much attention to all that stuff anymore...jmo

If an American can't join any branch of the military without a HS Diploma or GED, then how can they be a juror to decide life or death of a person on trial? If those tweets about #5 hold any basis, and if this chick hangs up the jury, I'm gonna be po'd! Hype, right?

Yeah I can't explain it either. He stopped and squatted a little and pointed both fingers at the camera like shooting off 2 guns but more like a gotcha to the camera while smiling. Gag

Well monkeys if they dont come in today with Murder one---forget about it---lets face how long would we take to reach a verdict

I slightly disagree, I would say that if it goes beyond 4 days that is usually typical that a compromised verdict returns but after a day in a half with all this evidence & varying charges to deal with, no.   I will bet my bottom dollar that the major issue is some of the jurors not getting that there are two ways that regardless of their personal theory leads to 1st degree.   Example, if some believe she chloroformed her child, they are probably some understanding what that indicates but some are saying she accidentally killed Caylee when by statute that is legally considered aggravated child abuse which causing death becomes felony murder.   If the jury got the fact that only she could have searched in March due to proof that Cindy lied & they get the meaning of the defendant's total disregard for Caylee during the 31 days & after, we'll get 1st degree murder, one way or another.

Im just as anxious but confident, if we get shocked otherwise truthfully I would be too stunned for words

Jury of your peers means a cross section representing their area. I'm sure any area in this country has a percentage of people that didn't graduate HS.

Didn't the jury deliberate in the court room yesterday? I thought that's what I heard, so they could look at all of the evidence.  Could be mistaken.. but in that case, there would be no audio or video.
