Absoflippinlutely, he exhibits a total disrespect for the very ethics he took an oath to as an officer of the court.  His venom for the media who do not favor him or his client has been combative and childish.  This action indicates that he is more concerned with his image & what this trial will do for him rather than his client, not that I feel sorry for her one dang bit, they deserve each other.  The picture should go up with a list of why he needs to be disbarred, IMHO

Right in line with calling his client a liar and a slut and his "cut the cheese" joke to the jury in summation.  I dislike this man immensley and almost as much as his client.  They are both sociopaths!

I'm curious as to what other Monkeys think about why Casey suddenly hates her dad so much. 

1.  Is it just because she conjured up this whole accident theory and started to actually believe that her dad did it...
2.  He didn't jump under her bus and do enough to get her out of trouble...

I just remember that she always acted like he was the one she adored and then suddenly she now hates him.  Strange.

I think both.  Casey is mad because her lies have stopped working on him. 

BOZO, stupidly mentioned exactly why in his closing, he didnt fall on a sword for her.   She always resented that he kept telling his wife that shoving what Casey was doing under the rug was not what they needed to be doing, IMHO he saw where this was leading & Cindy refused to deal with it appropriately or for anyone else to realize what a monster they had in that house.   Look how she argued and threatened her own mother (Shirley) when she said she had enough of being robbed by her own granddaughter, I still to this day believe it was the trigger that led Casey to commit the most selfish & spiteful act a human could commit, MURDER.   The MURDER of an innocent child based on rage & totally misdirected.  Sure Casey wanted her freedom, this is obvious as well BUT she could have just left the house with or without Caylee but no that wouldnt have stabbed her mother or father hard enough...she took away what mattered to them the most.

My thought on KC's feelings for GA...my grandmother used to tell me (over and over again)  you can tell someone "yes" or give them something, one hundred times, but the one time you say no or do not give it to them, they hate you forever.   I have found that to be true.

Maybe, he said no or didn't do something so petty but it was the one millionth time and KC will forever hold the grudge and hatred that he was never there for her.

Casey and George have been at odds for a very long time.  We saw her in the jailhouse video ask to speak with him, saying their relationship had been broken for some time and was just starting to mend when "all this happened".  She stated that Cindy and Lee ask too many questions. George was coddling her in the jailhouse visits, she probably thought he would be easier to control at that point. (She found out differently once she was released from jail).  Part of me does believe that after so much time of planning her defense, that she does believe her lie.  But I would bet my last dollar she is po'd because he didn't fall on the sword for her.

I'm remembering how much I felt, at the time, that she seemed to only be saying that to kiss daddy's butt so maybe he'd work harder at getting her out of jail. Seemed like every time he didn't seem to take her hint she'd cry a little harder and kiss his butt even more. How kc feels about someone I think depends on what she needs at the time and when. I think you're right that she thought she could control him more with her bs and she's angry as hell that her "waste" of a family didn't take the blame and prove it too.

Agree!  The taking of a human life is serious matter and some people want to take their time.  Unlike Casey, they are very somber about it.  Some people, myself included, always like to sleep on something to see if I still feel the same the next day.

In this case i would still feel the same the next day.

Well, some days I want the DP and nothing less will do.  Other days I want LWOPP.  Some days I am OK with something like a 30 year sentence knowing Casey will come out an old and broken person.

But whatever happens, it will be OK because even is she was found not guilty by some fluke, the majority of people think she is guilty and she would live in a very hostile world.

I agree -I think lwop would be fine with me- but anything less -is nuts--she should never get out of jail--she would make a life-never give a thought to Caylee
