Judge Perry would make a great tv judge but I think the courts need to keep him more.

I have a question regarding the Morgan and Morgan filing.   How would Casey be classified now...still 'poor me, no money' and get a public defender or will the private lawyer she has now get paid from her future book deals etc.   If she gets money from the state to defend her in this possible trial, and makes money from book deals etc... would she have to pay the state of Florida back for this trial after she paid back income tax?

I hope this made sense.  I have been up all night....lost a/c with over 100 degree temps, which does not help health issues!

Because of the current suit being a CIVIL case, she is not entitled to a public defender. I am sure someone will come up and defend her however.

Thank you, I see.  Next question...can someone file a Civil suit against her in Caylee's murder.  Does it have to be a relative?  That old only leave Caylee's father or his family right?

It's just a matter of selecting the dumbest jurors you possibly can. Once you get dummies, it doesn't take much to create reasonable doubt in their tiny brains.

The entire US judicial system is beyond comprehension for words (I am being polite in knowing that DM will not print such profanities to which I feel right now). I thought the UK judicial system was bad enough but this....... Partying, drinking, 1 finger salutes? Its disgusting - the entire defense team are not human beings. This was a little 2 year old that died - regardless of the verdict of otherwise - despicable, low life pigs - Dollar signs and mass publicity are all that excites them!

A day on I am still totally shocked at this verdict. I just don't understand what the jury were seeing and hearing in court, because I must have been watching something completely different. As for the defence celebrating ..... well words fail me. My heart goes out to all the police officers and the state attorneys who worked so hard in bringing this case to trial, for it all to end with this unbeiievable outcome.

They are going to regret that the never bothered to "know" a lot of things.
Sloppiness in thinking and acting is no excuse...they will learn how life works whether it is fair to them or not.

Could it be that that as a group outside the courtroom setting ... the 12 jurors and the two alternates were instructed/influenced/persuaded?

Logic dictates that 14 randomly selected individuals did not ALL deem the prosecution case without ANY merit in less than eleven hours of deliberation.
