How did they miss the duct tape over this child`s mouth, this child`s nose? You don`t wear duct tape to go swimming! And in the early morning, this little girl didn`t put duct tape on herself! How did they miss the chloroform searches, the chloroform evidence found in a car that only she had access to? How about the fact that she also searched breaking necks? How about the fact that there was the smell of death in this car?

I mean, come on! This jury ignored the scientific evidence! Apparently, they found the only 12 people who still think the world is flat!

A juror is asking 5 figures for interviews?  That's what was stated on TMZ just now.

Unfortunately, someone will likely pay that!  We need to STOP this INSANITY.  Let the jury be.  They did their duty, albeit I don't agree with the outcome. . . but to pay a juror 5 figures to discuss the experience sickens me.

It's funny that Bozo lashed out at the media, yet he's about to be all over the media. The irony is rich indeed.

  That's a good one. The defense loved the media. They were media whores hitting every interview they could nationally and including the ones who were no longer with the case. They used the media in court for their dramatics and antics, they used them yesterday for their celebration of victory for saving a life as Bozo said. Bozo is the one who called Casey a slut and liar in court, on record. Evidence presented in court proved she was  a liar and slut also so don't blame the media now. You are relying on the media to continue celebrating your "victory".

My husband, who didn't watch any of the trial, but only heard basically what I told him about it, suggested that not only did the state not have enough evidence to convict, but that the judge and prosecution  both allowed Bozo to do what he did- his behavior, his theatrics, his wild accusations he never followed up on or proved..  looking back on it, it makes me think what else the judge could or should have done here.  I really wonder what he thinks of this verdict, and if he is seeing/hearing how the jury is trying to cash out now.

You do not need a COD OR even a body to convict and be sentenced to death. This jury was bogus. PERIOD! A waste..........HUGE WASTE! I hope she walks out of jail tomorrow and someone performs an eye for an eye immediatly. I would have been satisfied with LWOP or even less. This verdict is bogus. I feel this jury knew more about this case than they said and she was lucky enough to get 12, that from DAY 1 (2008) felt she couldn't possibly be guilty. Casey has always been able to come out of any situation smelling like a rose.......she got away with murder. I bet JB will marry her and take care of her, wanna place your bets now?

Harvey is a know it all and very irritating. I don't watch any of their stuff but I go there to read stuff because they do have connections to the courts and usually get their hands or ears on the real thing. Other than that...they are sleezey.
