In the state of Florida they pick their jurors from the drivers licenses. Here they are picked from registered voters which I believe gives a better class and more informed goup of people who can make better decisions on a jury. I know here they are guilty more often than not - that is why so many try to get a plea deal instead of going to court.

but I read that the judge was looking for jurors in the streetd bc everybody knew about the case....i remember that they also wanted homeless

I have a question regarding the Morgan and Morgan filing.   How would Casey be classified now...still 'poor me, no money' and get a public defender or will the private lawyer she has now get paid from her future book deals etc.   If she gets money from the state to defend her in this possible trial, and makes money from book deals etc... would she have to pay the state of Florida back for this trial after she paid back income tax?

I hope this made sense.  I have been up all night....lost a/c with over 100 degree temps, which does not help health issues!

Yes, there was the link to the pic, and actually the pic is okay, because it's been cropped.    But gosh, we've seen that picture a lot, and I have to keep looking closely to make sure it's the one that's been sanitized.

If Casey gets out tomorrow for time served will that change Cindy and George getting the patent on "Justice for Caylee"? I would assume Casey can take back all rights to Caylee's pics, video, etc. Cindy might have to change some of her stuff for her book such as using Caylee's pics, etc. Casey might try to do that on her own and not let her publish them. Seems with the Morgan case going forward, IRS wanting $68,000. plus interest and other possible things coming up that she will make sure she is the sole recipient of anything "Caylee" which unfortunately she is the "legal" heir. Makes me sick to type that.

I have been working my butt off so I haven't been around the cage for awhile...I could NOT believe that this would be the outcome from this case.  I had to step away, breathe, and try to refocus.  I have read that Judge Perry COULD overturn the jurors verdict...How often does that happen?  I don't ever see justice for Caylee happening.  I can't stand George Anthony but yesterday I felt that I too, "had failed her..."  The whole situation makes me sick.  Could the Feds possibly come in and charge her for a federal crime???  Don't think that would happen for little Caylee either.  It makes me ill to even watch any more coverage of this...my heart hurts.

Because of the current suit being a CIVIL case, she is not entitled to a public defender. I am sure someone will come up and defend her however.

What letters? What friends? I would not put a lot into that from that source. That sounds like if she had  any friends left and wrote letters( probably the weirdos who wrote her and proposed marriage or sent money) that it was something she was hoping would get out before the trial. Maybe hoping somebody would sell copies to the media of her letters or do an interview. That would make it sound like she didn't want Caylee out of her life. Remember she was a loving mother...NOT!

I can only hope they try any way they can to get the money back - because I am sure she will profit from this (This pisses me off the most)

Anyone else have a good cry this morning? I just bawled in the shower. Can't let my 2 year old see me cry anymore.

I've been crying on and off since my daughter called to tell me," Mom hurry home the jury has reached a verdict," I knew it was NOT good. I fell asleep crying woke up crying to find my 14 year old in bed with me because she was worried about me.
