Welll I once respected Barbara Walters as an upstanding journalist, top of her field but she seems to be losing it very quickly!  Be it her age, the competition whatever but today on The View after watching Jeff and what a wonderful caring man, than the segment of Jaycee Degard's upcoming segment w/Diane Sawyer which looks to be a fantastic show.....

Out comes Barbara with her shout-out --- I'm interviewing Jose Biiiaz oops Baez tonight on Primetime its a must watch ....blah, blah.....she was pretty much ignored by the rest of the girls so she kept repeating.  Time to stepdown Barb your way past your prime!

Hello Monkeys--

IMO Barbara Walters was never an "Upstanding" journalist.  Her father was Lou Walters, a big-time theatrical agent with connections.  Very few people with a speech impediment as she has can be successful on television.  Gee, I wonder how she did it?
Not meaning to insult anyone, but most people who are as severely afflicted as she is go into another line of work, as an example,  King of England.

Since Tim Miller is going to sue Casey for money they were out on the search can law enforcement do the same now? Defense said it was accidental and she knew about it from the beginning so they were looking for a live child when she knew she was dead. Remember the runaway bride? She had to make restitution on the money to law enforcement.

Here is the info on runaway bride
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Runaway_bride_case

"The runaway bride case was the case of Jennifer Carol Wilbanks (born March 1, 1973), an American woman who ran away from home on April 26, 2005, in order to avoid her wedding with John Mason, her fiancé, on April 30. Her disappearance from Duluth, Georgia, sparked a nationwide search and intensive media coverage, including some media speculation that Mason had killed her. On April 29, Wilbanks called Mason from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and falsely claimed that she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted by a Hispanic male and a white woman.
Wilbanks gained notoriety in the United States and internationally, and her story persisted as a major topic of national news coverage for some time after she was found and her safety was assured. Many critics of the mass media attacked this as a "media circus". Howard Kurtz, an influential media critic for the Washington Post and CNN-TV, wrote that the runaway bride had become a "runaway television embarrassment," and he compared the story to a TV soap opera.[1]
Wilbanks's repeating of the false claims to investigating police officers resulted in a felony indictment against her of giving false information to the police, a charge that could have resulted in up to five years of imprisonment. On June 2, 2005, Wilbanks pleaded no contest to this charge. As part of her plea bargain, she was sentenced to two years of probation and 120 hours of community service, and she was also ordered to pay $2,250 in restitution to the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department. Also as part of the plea bargain, a misdemeanor charge of filing a false police report was dismissed. Wilbanks's criminal record will be expunged if she successfully completes her period of probation."

In the civil cases, Casey cannot refuse to answer questions can she?

I hope they sue her for millions.  Take all she makes from interviews and book deals.  I hope by the time they are through, she doesn't have enough money to live in a paper box.

I just saw on TV that Texas Equsearch is going to sue either Baez, Casey, or both, for their expenses.  Since it was known by them from the beginning that Caylee wasn't missing, they wasted almost $200,000 searching for her when they could have been searching for someone who was really missing.  I hope they do and I hope they win.

if the names of the jurors gets out they will be one unhappy bunch

They should know that there always is a chance of that happening.  That is how life works, it is not fair, we just learned that!

I hope it comes out and they should be ashamed of themselves. I don't think they took time to really come up with a not guilty. There was too much to go over once they could talk to each other about the case.

I just heard the alt. juror on HLN say if the body had been in the car when it was parked near the dumpster then flies would have been all over the car.......Idiot! Caylee's body was gone by then and the flies were all inside the trunk and flew out when it was opened at the tow yard. Where did he think the maggots came from? The trash? If that's the case then by his logic, flies would have been all around the car, therefore lack of flies would mean no body, no trash either, so again, where does he think the maggots came from? Did he not listen to testimony about the fly evidence? JMO

I'm honestly not a big conspiracy theorist... but I firmly believe this jury was tampered with... they'll never convince me otherwise. The defense team and A family was WAY too shady/lying/scheming... for them not to have messed with the jury somehow, someway.

The office of John Morgan served #CaseyAnthony in jail last night for her deposition in the Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez civil/defamation case

I think this is what "raining on Casey's parade" was referring to

Go Zenaida!!!

GO MORGAN!!!

I do not think it is allowed in a republic to keep names of jurors in a criminal case secret.  I know that Grand Juries (Which IMO are Unconstitutional for a number of reasons,) are secret, but a criminal trial? Don't think so.  As to making money on books, I'm not interested in anything they have to say.  They have disgraced themselves and made a mockery of our jury system.  We have a right to know who they are. Maybe a book entitled, "Jury Duty for Dummies, I Mean Really Dummies," would be fitting.

I'm relieved to read that I'm not the only monkey that had trouble sleeping last night...I expect more restless nights to follow.

So, tomorrow KC gets sentenced for her "little lies" to LE regarding Caylee's disappearance and several media sources are predicting she will get time served and be released. I'm just curious, how long does it take to process someone out of jail? I'm looking for a sign, any sign that tells me KC will not be living a "Bella Vita" at least not for long...

If KC leaves the jail Friday morning, arm in arm with Byass and Foghorn, she will have spent a total of 999 days in jail (someone may want to check my numbers, math never was my forte). Let's flip flop the facts and evidence, like KC does. Yep, KC belongs to the devil, she has no soul

999 reversed is 666

I am totally with you on that and my husband said that the minute the verdict was read.

This guy is a liberal populist commentator that I do not normally agree with - but this time he has it right on the money.

Just heard JVM on tv saying that LE is going to "release KC into the community" rather than just letting her walk out of the courthouse.  For her own protection.  So they're going to just drop her off somewhere?

I agree and felt the same way within seconds of the verdict.  It just can't be anything else.

I would normally say, someone would be crazy to try in such a big case and there is no way they wouldn't be outted and how could you get all to agree, however............after the verdict yesterday , I am inclined to believe anything at this point.
