Does anybody know about the check forgery charges, and what happened with that, if anything? Was she convicted?

She was convicted of six counts of check forgery.  That is one reason Bill Sheaffer
said that the judge may not give her credit for time served and give her the additional
four years...one year for each count of lying to LE.  HE also said that TES should sue
for the money spent for their searches.

The one juror said that the vote at one point was 6 and 6 for manslaughter.  Six of them then caved in.  They could not have gone  over the evidence, like they should have, in that short of a time period.  They never asked questions, they never could have reviewed everything.  More proof of a travesty of justice and more proof that everything that comes near the Anthonys comes away tainted.

How I wish. But they will cater to her today like they have been this whole time. Security is beefed up, she'll probably have a secret car at an underground location where no one will see her even leave. They will treat her with protective custody as long as they can.

I am still so upset about all of this.

I get way too close to things, always have,  I was fascinated with JonBenet Ramsey when it happened and I was only a few years older than she was at the time of her death.

I know that children are abused, neglected, murdered, thrown away like garbage every day... and I feel like Casey just became professor of how to get away with killing your kid 101...

My husband doesn't understand why it hurts my heart so much!
