I never said, nor did I hear that the state was investigating. I was simply expressing some wishful thinking on my part....sorry for any confusion!

But Juror No. 2 didn't buy that.

"The six that voted guilty said it didn't matter at what point in time she came home and found out her daughter was missing," he said. "She had to report it in some way, shape or form, and that's where the negligence came in."

But some jurors, he said, had decided not to convict Casey Anthony of any charge in the girl's death. By lunch Tuesday, the guilty side started to lose votes.

Juror No. 2 was the last holdout. Deliberations lasted for 11 hours over two days. They filed into court at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday to hand over their verdict.

"We truly don't know what happened," he said. "Somebody knows, but we don't know."

Bunch of friggin candy azzes.  They have been pampered through out this entire trial..so they couldn't sit there and argue with each other and hold their own..they just wanted it over with..and they caved in less then 24 hours of deliberations..infact not even 12 hours..they are just too ridicuous for words.

Hey Judge ... have you been paying attention to this case and the neverending lies of Casey Anthony? How about the contempt charged that should be brought against Jose Baez?  How about the perjury charges for Cindy Anthony?

And to release the names may get some investigations going on WHY the jurors voted they way they wanted with no regard for the law.

It may just be a matter of a short time before their names are leaked out by their own friends, neighbors and co-workers. Once it hits FB or myspace, their names will travel like wild fire.  Karma!

JP you are NOT the judge of the entire world and to let this jury go anonymous would encourage more runaway juries.

Right now Perry is making it up as he goes along. A defendant has a right to a trial by jury. I must have missed the part of our US Constituition that says the jury is secret. Perry has no right to go against the Freedom of the Press.

He is about to be Appealed if he goes against them.

Trials are happening daily all around the world.  Some high profile, many not.  Every day, somebody is being judge by a jury of their peers, often times being judged guilty.  Are all of those jurors under some kind of security? I think not. 



He just mentioned Peter Jennings. That guy has been dead for some time now.
