These feeble minded morons needed a video tape of Casey doing the deed, an admission of guilt from Casey, and a crayoned note from Caylee saying my mommy killed me.   
I really don't think that would've changed their verdict.  IMO, they simply wanted to go home and go on with their lives.  They knew that if they returned a guilty verdict they'd be there at least through this week.  There were self-centered cowards that just flipped off the system of justice in this country.

Sorry but Casey is in jail for all her check forgeries. This is a DIFFERENT crime and should be punished as such. Why am I even getting my hopes up? She's gonna walk today.

She was convicted of six counts of check forgery.  That is one reason Bill Sheaffer
said that the judge may not give her credit for time served and give her the additional
four years...one year for each count of lying to LE.  HE also said that TES should sue
for the money spent for their searches.
