Ah, funny they won't answer the one of why they would let someone as bias as LKB be a pundit when she has an obvious agenda and a paid mouth piece for the defense. How can anyone not think that she is nothing but a oppaid defense plant and zero credibility?

Let alone I hardly believe she would be calling for calm had the lying baby killer been appropriately convicted of one of the major crimes. LKB would be whining there was an injustice and an appeal was on the way.

After the A's reaction when KC was found not guilty and came into court today and they were commenting on how pretty she looked, etc.  I know in my heart that the molestation allegations were all in the plan.  They can all rot in hell.  I'm not watching any of those shows where LKB or the other idiots are on it.  I won't watch anything where the idiots are getting paid either.

And if anybody does watch it (I am not volunteering), could they tell us who is advertising the show? The best way to make an impact is...letters, and not buying the product. It's all about money.

They didn't take their notebooks, didn't examine and deliberate the evidence, because they inherited the self serving attitude from being in the same room with Casey for so long and just thought about their cruises and wanted to get their interview money rolling as soon as possible. They thought only about ending their lockdown.

Jinx - What do you say to people that respect the juries verdict but are outraged over the verdict?

Mumbles - I would like for them to  study the Constitution the United States and for them to learn the things that the jury did.  I have never seen a more eloquent recitation of it than from juror #3 that publicly spoke yesterday.  She was on the money.  People should pay attention to her.

Juror No. 3 Talks To WFTV About Casey Verdict

“We all determined, it just wasn't enough to say definitively that a crime was committed and that's what we needed to know. We needed to know how she died,” said Ford.

Ford told WFTV that she made her decision before the deliberations and is still sticking to it.

“I knew before I went in that there was a lot of circumstantial evidence that was pretty damning, but at the same time I didn't know how the little girl died, I had no idea how that child died,” said Ford.

“Now that you've had time to think about your decision a little more, how do you feel about the decision you made?” asked Craig.

“I am confident and it's a decision that was made collectively,” she replied.

Well that sums it up quite clearly. She made her decision BEFORE deliberations and vowed not budge from it. She then says we made the decision "collectively".


You can't make this stuff up!! 

This is totally contrary to the process of deliberation.
Why isn't someone doing something about these morons?
Are they sending these articles to the judge?

I think this is the chick that her own mother doesn't want to even discuss the verdict with her - it upset her so badly.

Thank you..well..all I can say is I think there was talk between the jurors ..all of them ..prior to their deliberations.  I also think they were a runaway jury that made their own rules..what they thought reasonable doubt means vs the legal definition.

The judge did read it to them..so if they just couldn't wrap their heads around reasonable doubt not being the same as no doubt..then they should have said that then..not now.  They should have asked what that meant..they should have asked what it meant to decide a verdict..and not think of what the sentencing was at that time..they didn't get that either.
