To me it doesnt matter when she gets out Justice for Caylee wasnt served. I hope this gives JP all lead way to see if there is any lead way to overturn and take back to court but I dont think he will be looking into it.

I think he just doesnt care one way or the other.

I just re listened to the sentence and he said in the Orange County Jail.

The check charges and the lying to police charges will run together..

They just discussed that on TV and they heard it like I did the judge said they would NOT run concurrent, which means her sentence on these counts will start AFTER those were served.

I'm confused. JBP said consecutive. He also said off the top of his head maybe end of July or August.

Yes, consecutive means one after another. Concurrent means parallel. So if I have it figured correctly it will be about August of NEXT year.

I heard that - wonder what is going on?  I have a feeling they are getting ready to charge Cindy and maybe George.

The good thing about her being on probation she will actually have to get a REAL job. LOL

The IRS will have a garnishment in place for the $68,000 plus penalties and interest and if the State is able to collect their costs of prosecution and confinement, that will also be taken out of each and every dime she earns.  I hope she enjoys the soured fruits of labor.

I hope Tim Miller uses Nejame and files his lawsuit in the next few days!!!

I heard Nejame say on HLN recently that he is representing Tim Miller.  Just don't know yet when that lawsuit is going to be filed.  Hopefully they and everyone else planning to sue will file at once.

On a replay, judge said the jail will have to figure time credited for good time and gain time... what is gain time or did I hear the wrong word?

I wondered that to. They may just be doing that to protect her. Her status at jail has changed to sentenced

Anthony, 23, was charged with 13 check fraud charges after prosecutors say she stole her friend Amy Huizenga’s checkbook and wrote checks to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of items at a Target store and a Winn Dixie grocery store.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland found her guilty on six counts and withheld adjudication on seven counts. He then sentenced Anthony to 412 days time served in jail, as well as one year's supervised probation if she is ever released. Prosecutors had asked for five years in prison for the check
fraud charges.

Anthony spoke in court and apolgized to Amy Huizenga and then broke down in tears.

I was sure hoping they would have slapped the handcuffs on Cindy as she left the courtroom today.    

It would sure cut down on costs of having to protect the Anthonys, if they'd just arrest all of them now.  heh.

I think the late july or early august was on the state's filing yesterday they will appear in court to give JP their cost in return at that point Mason will then argue for the killer. And then JP will set a court date for those hearings, in mean time she will have to give a recorded statement to Zenida's lawyer. And go to court in Oct.
i thought no matter on good behavior or not you still had to spend 85% of sentencing they didnt give my brother but 1 day for good behavior in a month's time

If Lee wants to make people not hate him anymore, he should sue KC in a civil suit for wrongful death of Caylee. Probably not gonna happen, but would be nice.
