I forgot about this, but the STATE suggested her probation be served while serving her time in jail.   This video does not let us know the outcome, but if Mason said she's not on probation, this must have occurred.  What BS!!

He believes the 25-year old party girl got away with murder. Millions of others around the world share his sincere dismay, incl...uding my wife and family.
But like I've been saying, knowing ain't proving. The jury weighed the evidence and said the allegations were unproven.
But then came the sneak attack, when my beloved morning show colleagues played a clip from last night's O'Reilly show where commentator Bernie Goldberg condemned my reaction to the verdict and said forcefully that it would be different if the acquittal was of a militia guy accused of killing a Mexican immigrant.
It was shocking that Goldberg would make it so personal.
He knew that by making his fictional scenario about Latinos and immigrants he would stir the TV mob to anger at me. ::snipping2::

Per Mason she owes about 400 to 500,000 thousand dollars for costs related to this case.

So by my estimate that will take it up to $930,000  taking all the other people and charges into account.
So after her million dollar deal (whatever that is) she will have about $70,000 to play with.
OK..I feel a little better now.

But I thought one of the book offers alone was up to $3M?

Likely not a popular opinion, but I agree with his decision.  There are already gobs of folks who try to get out of jury duty.  By releasing these jurors names and having them AND their families hounded by media isn't going to help. 

I think the jury blew it.  But it's over and it's time to move on and let it go.  Casey will not escape the wrath of God.

I think folks need to move towards doing productive things in their communities to help children at risk/in need. 

The thought of jurors and their families being harmed because I'm unhappy with a verdict makes me physically ill.

I call BS on all of this.
That Disneyland Juror who came forward yesterday claims the fist vote was 10-2 for the dumbfense.
This yutz says 6-6 for manslaughter.
They really are a jury of her peers....lying morons.
I couldn't care less if they're threatened. In fact, the thought makes me smile.
I'd like to see a little jury fillet..them thar pirhanas is hungry and they deserve to eat.

Curly I agree..these people should have thought this through..and damned well knew, this was a very high profile case, therefore a very high profile verdict.  That means it takes as long as it takes to come to a virdict you can walk out of the court with yuor head held high..instead of with your tail between your legs boarding a bus pronto .

Agree. I don't respect these jurors for the verdict they came up with but I'd never wish any harm on them. When JBP mentioned the vile threats against these people, my skin crawled. Creeped me out. Having said that, I still reserve my right to think of these jurors as morons.
