I am a pretty smart monkey (well, most of the time at least) but for the life of me I can not figure out how she is being released so soon - she  had the check charges to serve time for and then she got convicted of lying - why not more time left?  Did she get to serve time for the checks and then get it counted as time served for her new conviction?  She is a felon - why no enhanced sentence on the new convictions?

I have been wondering about this too. Does anyone remember the date of the check charges hearing? I've been hunting them, but unable to locate them yet.

Here is a woman who has a dead baby, where the world knows she did it ... as Caylee rotten in the swamp, Casey was drinking, dancing and sexing. I must have missed the part where she was repentant in this trial.

I believe she is already released..or darn near....the delay at the court house and Bolin being there.....to me adds up to a plan to get her gone and fast...Boling wasn't there on a fluke...she is part of the escape plan...Orlando does not want a riot....and I think that's what it would be....people would be at the jail long before 12:01 AM....waiting....the  LE do not want to hurt anyone while protecting the baby killer.....JMO

I would never threaten them... but this is America, and if I happen to see one of those jurors... I will be sure to tell them what a pile of crap
verdict they made. They are morons as far as I am concerned. Let defense lawyers whine about it... I could care less. That's what they do best.... whine.

I have watched the interviews of juror #3 and the alternate over and over. If those 2 are what the brain cell capacity on that jury, no wonder they did, what they did. They had no capacity for inference and to understand circumstantial evidence. These people are the ones in life that if they cant comprehend what one is saying, they think its false. When I hear their attempt at logic, and wjhat their thought process was when they heard certain things ... i was speechless.

I have to say, had I been in that jury room for 10 hours with them, I would have had them believing and attesting to that Casey Anthony murdered JFK and kidnapped the Lindbergh baby .

What a pompus gas bag. Hey Mason, why dont you give the middle finger again. I hardly belive this ass would be praising the jury and Constitution had they convicted Casey ... WHICH MIGHT I ADD THAT HE THOUGHT HIS CLINT WAS GUILTY!!!

After watching his interview today, see the VIDEO below. MASON thought Casey would get life in prison, he thought that an accidental death theory was total BS. It turns out that its just Cheny who is full of it.

Yes, I agree she is released.  That's why the heavens are crying down and roaring...its dark and dreary here...they are NOT happy where all of that noise is coming from!
