I have a question...

I know there are rules set in place that protects jurors rights, but...

What it...

Ok, what if it can be proven there was jury misconduct and/or tampering? We've found out that a mistrial couldn't be declared based on jury indescretions bc Casey was found Not Guilty. It could be declared a mistrial if she were found Guilty.

However...

What about if there's another death or serious crime and Casey could be linked to it unequivocally? What about if she's found guilty if something else should happen in the future?

Just say, for instance, she kills somebody and it's proven that she's guilty. Could these jurors be held responsible for allowing her acquittal? For not taking all of the evidence into consideration? for conversing amongst themselves? For whatever... If somebody else dies, can they be held jointly responsible for not taking their jobs seriously? If somebody else dies, it's their fault for putting her back on the street.

I'm having a hard time seeing how they came to a NG verdict.

Titch I keep asking myself the same questions.  How do 12 people render not guilty in 10 hours - I don't get it.  I can't help but feel that someone tampered with this jury and I would love to know what would happen if that were true.  Maybe some other smart monkey will be able to answer our questions.

My smart azzed son just popped in on his day off and he suggested if I wrote letters to publishers etc that I should wrap the envelope in garbage bag plastic and then tape it on with duct tape and write the address on a piece of duct tape right across the front.

He makes a good suggestion.

Now SHE is claiming the Constitution too?  She has to be in close contact to the duhfense.  I still believe if she was thoroughly investigated a past connection to someone on the duhfense team would be revealed.

Bill has been outstanding in covering this case - he is very angry about the verdict.  I love what he said last night......he said it was clear the jurors violated the instructions because they believed a "theory" thrown out by the defense and instead of the facts!!!  Bill is one journalist we can count on in our quest for justice, I feel he would stand with us in our fight to keep Casey Anthony from profiting from Caylee's death.

Why did 12 jurors disregard the prosecution's case against Casey Anthony following less than 11 yours of deliberation?  Linda and Jeffs closing arguments as well as rebuttal to the defence's closing state were magnificent.

The jury appears to be a runaway jury and ... the possibility of jury tampering must be investigated for the sake of justice for Caylee and ... for the sake of the American justice process.  IMO

There’s no evidence that anyone other than Casey Anthony was driving around in that car that began to smelled to the point where she is texting her friend Amy Huzienga “I think my dad has run over a dead animal". She texted that to Amy Huzienga about 15 minutes before her boyfriend Tony picked her up at the Amscot.

She did the laundry ...that shirt was not kept in the anthony house on Hopespring Drive...that shirt was kept in the car in a diaper bag or backpack. because we saw it on 2 different occasions at Ricardo Morales apt. in January 08 and again in March.

Someone in that house killed Caylee Anthony. They want you to believe that it was George who was involved in a cover-up of an accident... that did not happen. Even George Anthony did not have access to all these things. only Casey Anthony did.

Makes me so sad. Hubby and I are hoping to have a baby sometime in the near future, but I have fertility problems... I cannot even imagine throwing away a beautiful baby like trash - whether it's mine, yours, or anyone else's.

Did anyone watch Cheney Mason interview, she said that when she was waiting to interview him that JP was there when they were celebrating at an adjoining table? Vinnie played it off like it is right across the street he probably always goes there but that is strange to me. Also Mason said he and JP had talks about the media and how they would know what was going on in the courtroom before he even came in
