http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/07/07/earlyshow/main20077457.shtml

"Another juror, 32-year-old nursing student Jennifer Ford, who'd been known as No. 3, expressed similar thoughts to ABC News, saying in a portion of the interview aired Wednesday night, "If you're gonna charge someone with murder, don't you have to know how they killed someone or why they might have killed someone or have something where, when, why, how? Those are important questions. They were not answered."

She added, "In our country ... we have to prove it. You can't just be like, 'Yeah that really looks bad. Smells bad. Looks bad.' I get that. It does:smells bad, looks bad. I get that. But it's someone else's life, and if I'm wrong, and I kill someone else? I can't live with that."

No wench, you don't have to know HOW someone is killed, you don't have to know where, many times a person is killed in one place and taken somewhere else, you don't have to know  when but we had a pretty close timeline...........however we do know Caylee is dead! We do know her mother was the last one with her, we do know there was evidence she was in Casey's car and no one else had access to that car but Casey, we do know Caylee was found within a few yards from the Anthony home of which Casey told us all, "she's close to home",we do know that Casey lied for 6 months saying she was missing and we do know there is NO REASON TO EVER put duct tape on a child, living or dead!

2ndly, if you were not comfortable with the DP and allowed that to hold you back, then perhaps you shouldn't have lied when being interviewed for jury duty, and oh yeah, it's not your worry what the punishment is and you had 3 charges to choose from! JMO

Hi monkeys...forgive me if this has been mentioned. My daughter is chained to our computer so i visit here on my phone and it is easy for me to miss things. Anyway...i was just thinking about when the jurors were asking if they could keep journals and JP said it was ok as long as they didnt mention the trial. Im just wondering if court officials read these to make sure they werent keeping trial notes. Is it possible some of these jurors wrote about the trial in their journals so they could write books later? I am highly suspicious of this jury and i think they had money on the brains the entire trial.

I came across this site & noticed something I haven't seen anywhere else...yet:

(This is the main site)
http://www.keepcaseybroke.com/

(This is after clicking on subtitle "Why ABC?")
http://www.keepcaseybroke.com/why-abc.html

Quote:
Juror Jennifer Ford was treated to a Disneyworld vacation by ABC after she provided them with the only real juror interview so far.  Other members of the jury were treated to the same vacation, so we should expect to be hearing interviews from them soon.  After a period of time, Jurors from high profile trials are allowed to accept monetary payment for interviews, before that time period has passed however, it is illegal for them to provide interviews and information for profit.  This is why ABC exclaims that "no money exchanged hands". But isn't Disneyworld for an interview still payment?

I feel it was a bribe for a NG verdict, how many students and families can afford a trip to disney world? And then for them to give verdict at 2:15 then spend rest of the day with 4 family members at disney something isnt right. money if im not mistaken can be in the form of "gifts"

Verdict at 2:15, remainder of day at Disneyland. How did Disney/ABC get the info to the jurors about expense paid vacation to Disneyland?

Baez also tried to give them gifts and a Deputy caught and stopped it.

What is going on here?

Here's what I thought her mother said in one of the earliest interviews...that ABC had contacted her family while she was still on the jury in Orlando.

It was in an article or video clip the day of the verdict or the day after.

It incensed me to the point at that time that I thought oh great..and typed on the SM thread..they think they won the Super Bowl..cause now they're going to Disney.

Supposedly it is Jennifer and her neices and nephews..I don't buy 4 people..I am thinking then her sister or brother..whom ever is parent to these children went too..because she has spent time giving interviews..someone has to be with those kids.  I am thinking it's 4 kids and her sister or brother.

Well if they or some one them will/are writing a book, journal whatever, I then want their names.
Then we all can work the net AGAIN to boycott.

I don't feel the least bit sorry for anyone on that jury. May they live in fear, paranoia and guilt for the rest of their lives.

I have no sympathy for any of them either! They could have avoided this by simply reading the freaking instructions and looking at the evidence and taken the time to actually deliberate....Nope..no sympathy here...Cry me a freaking river jurors ...and alternates...

Your decisions have consequences... things have been this way since the dawn of time, since way back when kitty was a puss.

I hope she enjoys her wonderful life in Michigan and winds up living in a van down by the river.

Thanks for visiting the Sunshine State!

River Rouge or Black?  Either sounds good to me.

This is way out of hand. HOW did ABC know the verdict was coming down? COLLUSION WITH JURORS? I would like to see this thoroughly investigated and the officials at ABC charged as well as the jurors. It would not be that hard to investigate.

Yes, yes, yes..somehow Disney had those names before the verdict..I swear ..and it's too late now..but if you went through every article or news video with her mother..I think it is her mother that says Disney contacted the family while she was still in Orlando.

The only people with the names and addresses where the prosecution and the defense..I smell J Lyons working for ABC now as well as the defense..

I think that juror who is supposed to have fled to Michigan is hiding in the house too.  None of this makes sense.  Her husband invites the media into the house, why?  My goodness, if she was afraid for her life wouldn't he make a good second target.  I don't believe a word of it.

Also, if she didn't go back to Publix how does she know that half of her co-workers want her head?  Did they take a vote and it came out 50-50 and someone called her to tell her about it?  IMO she has a deal with some network and doesn't need to work until the fall so she decided to hide out at home for a while and have her nutty husband take the heat, even though he claims to be ill.

I think she is probably not different from the other jurors in that she isn't willing to stand up and explain her decision.  If she thinks she's right, she'd do that. They all would.  I think they just rushed because they had vacation plans and that woman who's now in London kept pushing.  I hope she chokes on her kidney pie. I think she thought she was a big shot so she told everyone that she was on the jury and it didn't work out exactly as she thought it would.  They weren't impressed with her decision.  If she's with a tour group, bet they won't even speak to her.  Hope they leave her somewhere.

Maybe Juror Number Twelve  [ sounds like an anti-fungal foot spray for Restless Leg Syndrome ],  was not particulary well-liked at Publix  before all this happened.  lol

Omg! Bet you're right! You know, if they couldn't write about the trial, and were at the courthouse by 8:30 every morning, leaving at 5:00-6:00 every night, include breakfast, dinner, showers & grooming, how would they have time to write about anything in a journal, let alone write without mentioning the trial! Think about it. How is it possible?

Let me guess, online journals? Did anyone ask or bother to check?
