To me, the biggest loser and the dirtiest hand in all this is Posner, not because he is raping young girls and not because he gives a chit about the vanderSloots but what all could be uncovered within and around Aruba regards his connection trafficking, corruption, money laundering, drugs, his former and more connections to organized crime, perhaps even to Chavez, and that is where the money is pouring in for the Sloots.  The goofy Refugees taking their money and turning it over to Tacop and Joran must give them a big laugh for they know all they could rake and scrape would not be enough to buy a nice suit for Posner.

I think Posner is paying for Guido's attorney.  How else could they afford one of the most expensive lawyers in all of Europe?  He is looking after his own interest but little do they realize that he now owns Li'l Guido.

And his parents fear extradition for some reason.  I think somebody used that to scare them into doing whatever, with the cover up.  They are afraid of this country with it's death penalty.  All of them fear that but his parents wrote that rabidly anti-American letter thinly veiled referring to it.

A day is coming when the family will no longer be silent regarding the corrupt investigation that has put them through a H--- on Earth and ... denied their precious Natalee justice.

Janet

YW Janet-

On a day like today, it makes me feel good to know that the perpetrators of this crime are going to get an earful when the truth comes out.

I can not wait for the 'SHOCK THE WORLD' is finally revealed. I hope Jug is the one to reveal it, because he speaks with alot of passion.

I also contend that those in power are purposefully saying that the extension (2 year limit) can be extended indefinitely.

The only reason they are saying that is so they can get through the American vacation season without any further damage. They're so predictable.

Rob ... I go one step further ... I do not think Aruba will ever close the Natalee Holloway case ... they will allow it to become a cold case ... fade from media attention.  Closing the case will imply that there can be an investigation of the investigation by the "powers that be" in the United States as well as ... exposure by the family in regards to what they know pertaining to those who participated in the events of that fateful morning when Natalee Holloway went missing and ... those who were involved in the coverup which has prevented justice from prevailing.  I contend that Aruba will not risk that happening.

I have never given up on this case, I believe it can be solved. There are too many ppl involved in the coverup. There's couple of things that could happen to solve the case.. The family of Natalee needs to put pressure on the US attorney in Birmingham to push the FBI to conduct an investigation after ALE close the case. We have a treaty that allows the FBI to pursue a violation of civil rights of an American citizen there. I believe it could be solved that way, more than likely the case would be solved if somebody would talk. There are at least 5 people in the disappearance and coverup and if they talked it could be solved.

Casino Video: PVDS Conclusively Lied

As we know from both jvds and paulus PV's, Paulus was supposed to be at home looking after Sebastian at the very time this casino video was shot.

Akin to the Kalpoe perjurious 5/31/05 "WITNESS" statements, wherein each Kalope brother confirms and ratifies via signature and under legal counsel, Intentionally False Testimony -- additional evidence of an "investigation" which has failed to followup obvious lies, and failed to prosecute obvious related crimes, for which there is actual evidence.

Amazing.

And Paulus lied under a witness status and was not yet a suspect when he was singing that song about going home.

Beth said all along that Natalee met BOTH Sloots in the casino.

She also said in one of her last interviews with Greta, have no date on that, from memory, that the INTERIOR of the car was changed out.

Not sure if she has proof or that is her opinion only on that.

Ok - this treaty...does that mean that the FBI can ONLY pursue after a case is CLOSED?  That doesn't make much sense to me.  Seems like after a case goes cold, or depending on when they decide, they Should be able to investigate, given enough time has lapsed to allow for a country to do their own investigating (I know, I know)  But you would think there would not be that kind of loophole in this treaty.  What good would that treaty be if the foreign country can decide WHEN the FBI were to get involved?  Seems there would be a time limit for the other country to act and then the FBI can get involved....Am I blabbering?

I was disappointed Art Wood didn't say

DIG UP THE POOL!  Or talk about that.

Maybe Dana can have him on again to discuss just that as he is the only person I know who talked to the man who did the back hoe work and the concrete evidently.

ROB,
Are you in touch with TJ?  Did he talk to the one who did the concrete work as well?  Maybe he could add something if he did.

*******- what are the chances that the cop that is at the scene has the nickname 'Papito' and the tow truck has the same name?

Did they "investigate" the right car, or did they take the same model and put chocolate syrup and cleaning fluid in it so that's all the Dutch would find?

The door handles look black in the top one as opposed to the bottom one.

Honestly, I don't put anything past what happened here. I really could believe that since witnesses had seen "bloodstains" in Deepak's car that the whole thing was "switched" and stains made of chocolate and cleaning fluid were placed there to account for what had been seen.

The tire rims are much bigger in the bottom photo. Less tire shows.
