Joran's 6/13 statement per Jan VDS says what you folks are quoting.

On my question to Joran whether he can tell me what happened after the girl had fallen asleep on the beach near Fisherman's Hut, he answered:

“I called DEEPAK and he came with two dogs. I think he raped the girl and did something to her.”

To my question where the girl was buried then, he answered:
“I think that it was buried then next to the wall of the Fisherman's Hut, for the rest I would not know either.”

I think Beth was referring to one of Joran's statements that we do not have. An earlier one.

I would like to have one person come forward and talk to us about where they read the statement. Not one person saying another person read the statement. If that statement was made and someone saw that statement lets get them on Dana's show. It could be this was part of the suspect confession that occured after hours on June 10 and could not be used because the interrogation hour was late. let's get some first person knowledge. IMO

I don't think this the same PV that Beth seen torn up on Jacobs desk.

I think Joran is telling the world what he did to Natalee but only he is blaming Deepak.

If my memory serves me right in the Current Affair interview Joran states that Beth knows what happened she read the statements.

I contend the torn statement that Beth is referring to is Joran's May 31, 2005 witness statement.  Paulus and Joran refer to this May 31, 2005  statement in their declarations.  However ... it has yet to be revealed.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Angel Bermudez used to spend two hours working out every day, completing a regimen that included a 45-minute run.

Now, Bermudez, a 31-year-old father of three, can hardly walk a block without losing his breath.

Bermudez, a patient transporter at Staten Island University Hospital's Prince's Bay site, is struggling to recover from being poisoned on the job: Someone poured a potent cleaning fluid into his bottle of ginger ale, which was in the common work refrigerator, he said.

Police are probing the case, which they say was reported two days after it happened.

At about 10:30 p.m. on April 24, Bermudez stopped into the employees' basement lounge, retrieved his ginger ale from the fridge and took a sip. He gagged immediately. The cleaning fluid, which was in concentrated form, burned his throat, esophagus and stomach, he said.

Fellow employees brought him to the intensive care unit, where Bermudez said he stayed for four days, nodding in and out of consciousness, trying to speak clearly enough to answer detectives' questions.

Investigators sent the soda bottle out for testing and determined that it had been emptied and filled with LPH, an acidic cleaning solution for use on floors and other surfaces, Bermudez said.

Bermudez, who lives in the Tottenville section of Staten Island, said he hasn't made a single enemy at University Hospital, where he has worked for 13 years. He noted that the soda bottle did not bear his name or any other marks that would identify it as his.

John Demoleas, a University Hospital spokesman, would say nothing beyond noting the police investigation.

Bermudez now must figure out how to live with his new condition -- one that is foreign to a naturally athletic, young Islander who until recently was a self-described "gym rat" who daily used his strength to lift and move hospital patients.

"I'm out of breath all the time," complained Bermudez, who spent nine days total in the hospital. "I'm lying down all day and sleeping."

He worries about how he will take care of and play with his children, who are ages 13, 9, and 19 months. "I can't even run around with them," he lamented.

Since he cannot eat without throwing up his food, he has lost 14 pounds in less than three weeks. He is taking 11 medications, including numerous painkillers and steroids, and is hoping the extreme burns inside his esophagus, stomach and throat won't leave too much scar tissue. If the scars form too thickly, he would need an operation.

All night, Bermudez lies wheezing and coughing. In the morning, after a night of not taking any medication, he vomits up whatever he ate the day before.

"When I eat, I pay for it," said Bermudez, who was partial to steak.

Four times a day, he spends 15 minutes on a nebulizer, which delivers medication deep into the respiratory tract.

Depending on how the burns heal, Bermudez is at risk for sleep apnea, said his lawyer, Alan Katkin, who is helping Bermudez file a worker's compensation claim, which is vital, since health insurance companies do not cover on-the-job injuries.

The injuries leave Bermudez unable to do his job, which is "99.9 percent lifting up patients," he said.

As for his co-workers, Bermudez said they are now leery of leaving food and drinks in the communal refrigerator, and smell everything before ingesting it.

Beckham urges help in missing girl case

LISBON, Portugal — Soccer star David Beckham made a televised appeal Friday for help in the search for a 3-year-old British girl who disappeared a week ago while on vacation with her family in southern Portugal.

In footage broadcast on Portuguese television, the Real Madrid soccer star held up a poster with a photo of Madeleine McCann.

"If you have seen this little girl please could you go to your local authorities or police and give any information that you have. Any genuine information you have — please, please help us," Beckham said.

Madeleine disappeared on May 3 from a hotel room where she and her family were staying in the Algarve coastal region, a major European holiday destination renowned for its warm climate and picturesque beaches. Police believe she was abducted while her parents ate dinner in a restaurant in the resort complex.

Two Portuguese soccer players — Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo and Chelsea's Paulo Ferreira — have also appealed for information on the missing child, speaking in English and Portuguese.

Bob Riley and Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, they’re all over this case and I have been on this case myself for quite some time now. I was expecting these 3 punks to be thrown in jail for quite some time now.

Satish Kalpoe, born July 30, 1986, and Deepak Kalpoe, born Oct. 6, 1983 better start talking, there is no time to play games with those two punks either. I would say give those two punks a week to talk, if they do not talk, then execute them in the center of Aruba, that will send a message to all the punks on the island of Aruba that the USA is coming to clean up the mess down there and put an end to that big drug-smuggling country. If there is one thing I don’t take, it’s crap from some tiny little island nation that doesn’t treat people with respect.

As for the Carlos N Charlie’s management, they know that we are on to them, and we cannot let up on those punks either, they also need to be held on charges of being an accessory to numerous assaults over the years.
