Exactly.  They are hiding the records and they had a professional tamper with the computer.  Those records that they we have seen are falsified.

Are we trying to decide if this is the same car? Its not. The bottom one has different hubcaps than the top one and see the strip between the drivers side front and back windows? the top one has a black strip, the bottom a silver strip.

So Kermit, did they search/impound/test the correct car or not?

What do you think?

I think Joran probably took the family vehicles out on a regular basis for some other kid to say "oh that's Joran's car".  Has to be a reason Joran is associated with that car.

"At approximately 3:30 am, Joran sent the first of a series of other instant messages from his home computer to Deepak indicating he needed to talk to him about something important. After examining Joran's cell phone and computer, police discovered that someone tried to manipulate the clocks and calendars inside the devices so it would look like the messages were sent at different times.

Couldn't one also make it appear as though the msg came from the home computer when it was in fact sent over the phone?  One of the guys I work with has a Palm that he syncs to his laptop.  I believe many things are possible.

Rats.  I'm getting the boot.

Hopefully, I'll be back later when the Princess relinquishes the PC.

I just got an email from Travis Makings. He is the son of Gary Makings.
Gary is missing on Aruba on 1-29-2002

I am going to ask him some questions about who was involved and what exactly happened.

I'll let you all know how that goes as soon as I have more info.
