So Kermit, did they search/impound/test the correct car or not?

What do you think?

I think Joran probably took the family vehicles out on a regular basis for some other kid to say "oh that's Joran's car".  Has to be a reason Joran is associated with that car.

I agree Peaches.

well, the gardener places him in the drivers seat of Deepak's car.

Why was Deepak sitting in the passenger seat? this makes no sense either.

What happened to Deepak that he could not drive?

He was probably a nervous wreck at what happened so Joran took control.

I just wanted to add that Joran was going to take control no matter what.   He was not going to leave it in Deepak's hands.

He was taking a leak in the bushes on the passenger side when the gardner drove up so he just jumped in the closest door??

How else would he have picked up Paulus from the airport that day?  He drove, obviously.  It would be injustice enough if they were just liars...but they're really, really bad liars and it's still working for them - that's what just frustrates me to no end.

I need some monkey assistance...please?

I missed the Guido arrest / heavy battery charges.   Embarassed   Can someone point me to some links to get caught up on that?

I don't want to ask to be brought up to speed everytime its referenced.  I had him confused with GVC for a while, which was obviously a mistake.

TIA!!

It's working for them because the people in power are allowing it to work for them.

I'm surprised they didn't start telling each other jokes during the interrogations.

This is from the thread Sunfreak created.

Guido Wever – 19 years old, former resident of Aruba, now residing in the NL. Was a croupier at the Excelsior Casino. Said to have left Aruba abruptly within weeks of Natalee’s disappearance. Reported to be good friends with Joran, and gambling with him on May 30/31 when Natalee’s loved ones arrived in Aruba. Arrested on 5-20-06, released on 5-23-06, under suspicion of accessory to murder, kidnapping and battery. Drove a white Nissan Sentra.

One correction is that he was charged with Heavy Battery.

Thanks, San!  I'd seen that one.  I guess what I'm after is he went to the Netherlands in June of 2005, right?  And that's where he was arrested again and charged with heavy battery?  Different case/person?  Is he still incarcerated, etc?
