I need some monkey assistance...please?

I missed the Guido arrest / heavy battery charges.     Can someone point me to some links to get caught up on that?  

I don't want to ask to be brought up to speed everytime its referenced.  I had him confused with GVC for a while, which was obviously a mistake.

Guido Wever – 19 years old, former resident of Aruba, now residing in the NL. Was a croupier at the Excelsior Casino. Said to have left Aruba abruptly within weeks of Natalee’s disappearance. Reported to be good friends with Joran, and gambling with him on May 30/31 when Natalee’s loved ones arrived in Aruba. Arrested on 5-20-06, released on 5-23-06, under suspicion of accessory to murder, kidnapping and battery. Drove a white Nissan Sentra.

One correction is that he was charged with Heavy Battery.

Thanks, San!  I'd seen that one.  I guess what I'm after is he went to the Netherlands in June of 2005, right?  And that's where he was arrested again and charged with heavy battery?  Different case/person?  Is he still incarcerated, etc?

Guido was questioned approximately 3 times early in June 2005 as a witness.  In May 2006 Guido was arrested and charged as a suspect with heavy battery.  Guido has a high powered attorney in the NL who's name is Spong.  Guido was released in the NL where I'm assuming he still is.

look.. half of the girls in 8 th grade were pregnant two years ago.. I know, my friends dad was the OB on many of these births. He used to be a gynecologist, but switched to obstetrics - births when there was an over load.

Sounds like the pimp crew and that last guy that knocked up the 14 year old and is going to jail, are responsible for a majority of these unplanned pregnancies.

I think Joran probably took the family vehicles out on a regular basis for some other kid to say "oh that's Joran's car".  Has to be a reason Joran is associated with that car.

Why was Deepak sitting in the passenger seat? this makes no sense either.

What happened to Deepak that he could not drive?

My theory regarding why Joran was in the driver's seat of Deepak's vehicle ...

1.  Deepak

-  Dropped Joran, (?) and a deceased Natalee off at the Marriot Beach.
-  Drove his vehicle across the street and ... parked/hid his vehicle near the Racquet Ball club.
-  Ran back to the Marriot Beach (Fisherman's Hut) to assist Joran and (?) buried Natalee.


2.  Deepak, Joran and (?)

- Ran across the street.
- Cut through the muck (pond)
- Joran lost his shoe/s  (Sorry Spock)
- Observed the lights of the gardener's vehicle approaching.
- Scrambled into Deepak's vehicle ... Joran ended up in the driver's seat.

DAVE HOLLOWAY, NATALEE HOLLOWAY`S FATHER: Well, what they were doing, I think, was the pond that they drained, they feel like possibly he may have been cutting across the beach, back to the racquet club, and got stuck in the mud and lost his shoes.

That`s the only plausible explanation I could think of. The police have not told me specifically what the reasoning is, but, as you`re well aware, the gardener pinpointed them at the racquet club in her vehicle. So I think the shoes may have been lost, maybe cutting across the field from the beach area. Other than that, I really don`t know.

Hey ... I believe that it was Deepak's vehicle that the three were sitting in when they were observed by the gardener.  Apparently the garden identified Deepak's vehicle as well as ... the modificatins.

CANDIOTTI ......He did tell the authorities in this particular -- let`s call it, for all intents and purposes, a deposition, that he recognized the car in particular because of the distinctive rims that it has. And apparently, he`s a car enthusiast and remembered that point specifically.

Good theories..No 2 makes sense..I think it is possible they were assaulting her at that time as well or she was in bad shape..The person in the back seat was leaning over and could of done that to cover NH. Whatever they were doing they made it obvious they were up to no good. I have often wondered if they all took xtasy that night also. Joran appeared to be up all night and the other 2..really late..
