Unless someone can explain to me how the black panel between the drivers and passengers windows suddenly becomes silver in the Rocks pic.

yeah we have been over that car every which way.. its not a car we have seen before. We even looked at the van Cromvoirt's to see if they owned that car...

it is not a car that Paulus owns... but he could have borrowed it.

The only person I can think of that we do not know what he drives is Ben Vocking. That would be someone that would lend Paulus a car.

I find it hard to believe there is not a registry of vehicle licence/registration on that god forsaken pile of rubble.  Would Aruba have their own motor registry office or would it be done from the Netherlands?  Someone somewhere must know what licence plates numbers to issue to which owners each year if they change the plates annually and not just the windscreen sticker as they do here.

Klaas? I saved the original and started from scratch with this. I don't know if it helps, but I didn't sharpen the pic, just cropped and adjusted the conrast and brightness.



I think his jaw may be too square for Paulus. What do you think?

 Evening Monkeys, alot to read and get caught  up. See there was some discussion about the van pic/driver. To add my 2 cents, and my opinion has never changed. The guy driving strongly resembles paulus, but is not him, thinner neck, no double chin, it's LVR and IMO LVR is just who he is rumored to be, Paulus  illegitimate son. Maybe he is not directly involved in Natalee's disappearance, but a character with an history of  less than legit activities non-the-less. "I'd do anything for my son." Applied X2......

LOL!! You are right again and you on the other side of the planet.. Here in the states  you pay vehicle tax,license,smog and register your car..They must have some kind of vehicle registry/DMV in Aruba..

I'm only talking about the silver/grey car with the chunk out of the steering wheel.  Like I said, I don't know it for a fact, I was simply told via email by someone that claims to know.

I didn't say the car with the chunk out of the steering wheel was a rental, I just said that it was a borrowed car while the other two were impounded.  That is what someone who claims to know told me via email and I don't know if it's true.

What about the silver car that Paulus was making a dash to, when he had been at the jail, being questioned.  He borrowed it from someone, because the others were impounded I thought.  There was a photo of it and of him making a mad dash.
