I saw a dog get hit by a car and like everyone stopped to see if it was ok.. It was, it was scared but got up and took off.. Well if you had an accident on Aruba, you most likely would be left on the road and the only ones that would stop, would be the ones that would take your wallet and jewlery and thats if your lucky.. I'm so sorry to interrupt O/T, but I just had throat surgery and cannot talk.  I am at home right now and have been looking for an online chat with a Dr. to no avail.  Do we have a nurse or Dr. here, I could ask a question about something bothering me since my surgery yesterday?  I know I am grasping at straws here, but if you know anybody who I could even talk to on AIM or email?

The question at this point is: what was the prosecutor looking for?

This was a "viewing" no seach permitted. They could have been viewing the layout to see if Nadira could have seen the boys enter and leave their room as she said she did. They also may have wanted to see if the boys shared a room and how easy it would be for both boys to access the computer. The warrant had to spell out the reason.

The way I recall it, was not that she said she could see them enter or not, but that when they came in they would close her bedroom door as a "sign" they were home. This of course odesn't mean much. Satish could have come in and shut her door and Deepak not have come in at the same time. IMO just a made up excuse.......for not really keeping tabs on when/what time they came and went.

There was an aspect of that interview that she blew the K's timeline, but not the fact about the "door closing".

Dihannah  Are you alone? If not, you could write down what your problem is and have someone call an emergency room at they hosp and they will often give advise or ask you to come in if the situation warrants.
Also..could leave a message to your own doctor's answering service and they are usually pretty good at getting right back to you. Especially since you had recent surgery.

D. A statement by Nadira Rameriz  (Kalpoe brothers' mother) was carefully worded that she didn't see either of them were home (only saw a closed door, which could have been closed by Deepak). While that doesn't refute anyone's story (as was erroneously concluded on a "Dr. Phil" television show), it doesn't provide Satish with an alibi that he wasn't out all night. In fact, Satish has never had any alibi, since he wasn't the one on the computer nor had a cellphone
