There are 2 DVD screens in that vehicle.  One above Deepak's head and the other is on the console between Deepak and Joran.  Both are showing the same what looks to be a porn video.

What is 'important' is the url of the image?

Get them all if you can, save the pages, we can rip them from there.

Yes same guy that is opening the gate when J gets out of KIA. He looks like a relative or family friend that is a little older than Joran IMO. If I didn't think I knew what Lorenzo looked like..This guy would be a good candidate. Paulus looks proud and happy when joran gives him the shake.
