Wow! Wendy Murphy on JVM just said that George Anthony should sue juror #11 for coming out in his interview and pretty much accusing George of murder with no facts to back him up....chitz getting deep!

Did anyone else hear Wendy Murphy say she thought Casey was "pimping" Caylee?  I have been waiting for someone else to comment on that as I think I must be hearing things.

Why Caseys family and not Casey herself?

It could be that they want to be sure to collect when they are awarded a settlement.  If child-killer Casey fails to make any money from book/movie deals or when if she's killed by vigilantes, there'd be no money to collect.  But her book-writing parents will have some $$$ coming in soon.

Why?

The public thinks Casey used chloroform to kill her child, but the drug is popular among parents who pimp their kids because it�s cheap and it causes amnesia so that victims can�t remember being abused.
 
Pimping kids is dangerous business and Casey apparently made someone very angry. Maybe she cut out an earlier �business� partner or ripped someone off.  A �Zenaida Gonzales� reported her laptop stolen in early June

I didn't say it.  Wendy Murphy did but I did always wonder where Casey took Caylee in the middle of the night like that.

It doesn't sound nearly so crazy in the article Wendy has at that website.

I really hope Casey isn't able to wiggle out of her deposition with Mr. Morgan.

Has she been served with the supoena or what ever it is called?

If not, I hope to high holy heaven there is someone waiting at the jail to shove it in her pocket, say you have been served before she leaves. Just like Baez tried to do to the State witness, can't remember which one it was from out of state.

Yes-she was served while in jail shortly after the trial was over--LOL--very handy location--no running around looking for her by the process server.

When the judge wouldn't allow the prosecution to strike that juror, I think #3, that they wanted to twice, I was very suspicious. 

How could you possibly get a conviction when this juror says she cannot judge anybody?  And others said they did not want to be on the jury but the judge would not release them.

Why?

Also daily a member of the defense was allowed to comfort Casey, put a protective arm around her, hug her, pat her, etc. right in front of the jury planting the thought that this is how she should be treated and that she was some kind of victim and needed protection.  Why did the judge allow that display when no others were tolerated?

A win for the defense guaranteed no reversal on appeal and Judge Perry's record would remain unbroken.

I think he played a huge role in stacking the deck against the Prosecution whether intentional or not.

Why Caseys family and not Casey herself?

Casey never phoned TES to ask them to come and search.  I think is was Cindy but could be wrong.

I am so happy Tim is doing this.  The A's and the defense walked all over TES while they were there..I was afraid no one would ever want to search with them again after the stink CA made about the volunteers.

This is beautiful..I hope Nejame is involved and then I feel justice will be done.  Any dime Cindy makes on the talks show / book circuit should go to TES.  I am sure she was going to give it to the little family fouondation she and George and Mallory and her mother had..but somehow..I like Timm and TES hving it a whole more then some phony non profit the A's cooked up.

It's not Nejame. Because sindy is being sued and he represented her at one time.

I am not Texas Equusearch (TES) or Tim Miller's attorney in case to recover funds from Casey Anthony for searches. Tim and I are great. He is my friend and client. I respect and care for him greatly. I'm just too close and it's best that another Firm handle this.

Yes!  I was driving home from work and had it on the radio.  I missed the beginning.  She said something about photos being sealed and THAT is why ICA could not make a phone call for 31 days.  I couldn't figure it out as I didn't hear the whole thing.

And the more I hear from this jury, the more angry I become.  One can suddenly afford to retire and the foreman thinks George Anthony could have murdered Caylee!
