You know NG may be over the top, insincere for ratings & comes out of left field sometimes but I gotta say at least she's giving the jury he77 & agreeing they're idiots, not jumping on the Baez bandwagon & not letting this die down.  Some of the other talking heads are blaming it on the prosecution period.

I didn't say it.  Wendy Murphy did but I did always wonder where Casey took Caylee in the middle of the night like that.

It doesn't sound nearly so crazy in the article Wendy has at that website.

Lord help me, I think I am going to be sick.  This sounds so plausible now,   Could Casey really have been pimping out Caylee??
Two things that have not sat right with me for a long time is that Caylee was never sick, never went to the doctor.  Could that be because the Anthony's knew they could not take Caylee to the doctor because the doctor would know something was happening to that baby.  If Caylee was ill Cindy could have brought home medicine for her, but I wonder if Caylee ever got any of her vaccines.
The other thing that has bothered me is in the video of Caylee's 2nd BD I believe, they guy with the karaoke machine is singer a Neil Diamond song to her..."Girl, you'll be a woman soon".  Not a song that I have ever heard sung at a baby's party.  Sorry, don't have a link to that video.
Did anyone remember that there was a sex-crimes detective on the case at the beginning?

Seeing that guy sing that song to that little girl always gave me an uneasy feeling...just saying..

(CNN) -- A search and rescue group filed a civil suit against Casey Anthony on Tuesday to recover the money the organization spent in an attempt to find her daughter Caylee during the summer and fall of 2008.
The suit by Texas EquuSearch (TES) alleges the search organization spent over $112,000 and coordinated more than 4,200 volunteers in an unnecessary attempt to locate Caylee for months after her mother knew the two-year-old girl was dead.
"Casey Anthony made ongoing misrepresentations to TES and its founder Tim Miller, and failed to correct materially false information provide to Mr. Miller in order to convince TES, its staff and volunteers to engage in extensive, costly and time-consuming searches for Caylee," the lawsuit says.

I know the Alternate's wife had refreshments made and on the porch waiting for the press, I know I read that some wheres,

 ok so she couldnt live with the death penalty what about child abuse and child neglect she is going to be a nurse for god sakes these are part of her training to see and recognize abuse the child is not going to say yes my mommy or daddy abuses me. And if you kick a child or animal then pet it a little they will come back waiting for the next round cause their love is unconditional. It is scarey thinking that these people could not recognise child endangerment or neglect or abuse.

one thing I noticed with juror #11 and #3 is they both use the phrase "An accident that snowed balled out of control". where were there proof of an accident?

Popping in for a quick check. Good evening, all! Just wondering if LE finds evidence of jury tampering/payout, could the payees and the payer be prosecuted?  I know the verdict cannot be overturned and KC cannot be retried.  However, I have yet to see if the payer or the jury members could be jailed.

On a side note, Juror 11's interview was very telling.  Twice he let slip in his language how much he resented having to view the evidence...you know, the evidence he said there was none of. His comment was "we were forced...." and he didn't take any profession that would cause him to have to look at pictures like those he had to look at ("That stays with you."-pictures of Caylee).  I do not feel one ounce of sympathy for him or the jurors.  Listen, few people (if any) volunteer to look at pictures of a crime scene, the victim, or remains.  But he knew going in that would likely be required.  I wouldn't want to look either, but I would look and carefully too because it's my responsibility as a juror and my responsibility to the victim .  IMO, the foreman was angry that he had to do such things...angry at the State Attorneys, angry at LE. What's interesting is that he was not the least bit angry, however, at Casey Anthony or the DT. His glowing review of Baez and the DT tell me that he was looking to stick it to the State.  IMO, he resented jury duty, resented being sequestered, resented his "loss of freedom", resented having to study the evidence...so he just decided not to. IMO, he decided to get back at the State and LE by voting not guilty.  I wouldn't be too surprised if Juror 11 hasn't always had a problem with authority, either.  The fact the he could not coherently and concisely verbalize his reasons for his vote, despite having 2 weeks to consider and plan his response to the public, further solidifies my suspicions.  As for any juror crying, as someone else said, those tears are for themselves because they know they dumped Caylee all over again and they have to live with it.  All my own opinion.

They are just trying to defend what they did now to the public and for some cash.

I work and work within a team. Various teams over the years. Sometimes, we can't even agree where to go for lunch for a special occasion. We vote using the voting buttons on emails and drop the least popular. Takes longer than the time this jury took.
What do I think about how they came to their decision ? There must have been a ringleader or two with a bully type personality. They weren't asked to determine motive They weren't asked to determine every detail of how she did it. They didn't seem to pay any attention to the real evidence, but to the emotionl evidence. Another thing, in Baez's opening statements, he said Caylee died by drowning on the early on the 16th, later on he said we would never know how she died.    There's a clue that the entire premise of the 16th and all the rest of it was a lie and early am on the 16th was " picked " to tie George to this.
I think she died later in the day by cholorform and then the duct tape when KC was home alone. Big fight with Cindy, no one was available to babysit, she was obsessed with Tony, needed to see him and Cindy and Caylee were the barrier to that.
...
On naother note, I was glad to see parts of the presser yesterday, need some other voices here besides members of the DT. Those guys are the heros of this. Not some DT that lied during the entire trial.

Cindy Anthony will not face trial for perjury after allegedly lying in court to protect her daughter, Florida state prosecutors have announced – saying, too, that they had earlier considered bringing such charges.

Cindy Anthony initially told police she did not search for chloroform on the family computer, only to reverse her statement when she took the stand in her daughter Casey Anthony's trial for the murder of Casey's 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

"Our office is not pursuing perjury charges," Danielle Tavernier, a spokeswoman for the Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office, told the Orlando Sentinel in an email.
