i am so tired of hearing people like Whoraldo saying she was a good mother...she didnt have a job for TWO years where was Caylee that whole time in the trunk? how was she partying when Caylee was alive...or if she was at Tonys...where was she...how is putting your child in the trunk anytime ok and a good mother nobody has asked what she did for two years

I agree and what "good mother" steals from her own parents and grandparents??!!" I wish that could have been brought out in trial but considering this jury I am not sure it would have mattered.

Casey Anthony: Station renews efforts to get jail video of Casey Anthony's reaction unsealed

An Orlando television station has renewed the effort to obtain a jail videotape of Casey Anthony reacting to news that her daughter Caylee's remains were located.

WKMG-Channel 6 filed its motions last week, asking that the court unseal the videotape from Dec. 11 2008, which was ordered sealed in June 2009.

At that time, Judge Stan Strickland ordered the videotape sealed and stated the tape must not be released and viewed by the media or general public "until further order of this court."

"While the court is loath to shield any public record, an argument can certainly be made that the contents of the video are highly inflammatory," Strickland said in his three-page order.

Hours after Caylee's remains were found in woods near her family's east Orange County home, jail officials — responding to a request from the Sheriff's Office — moved Anthony from her cell to a medical facility, where a TV showed reports about the discovery.

Geesh!  Everything provided for Caylee was provided by Cindy.

If she was such a good mother, why was Caylee murdered and left in a swamp while she was in custody of her mother?  Sure sounds like a good mother to me (SARCASTIC)

Why oh why do I have opinions on everything?

First, IBE,  I loved your little "oh surprise, surprise" comment..

As of the defense saying they only know it was an accident, here is how I see it going down; the defense walks in and says, listen KC, you know we cannot lie.  You know we support you, and if you tell us it was an accident, we have to believe you.  We are here for you and will defend you even if it was an accident.  If you tell us you had a break down and cannot remember what happened after that, we understand;  if you tell us someone else was involved, we understand.
So, of course, viola, it was an accident.   However, they told KC to only tell them as much as they could present in court.


As for this so called grandmother...I do not believe her for one minute.   Now, if by some miracle dna says she is...she still is not the grandmother.   I am a grandmother.  I grandmother will fight to the death for her grandchild.  Especially if they loose their own son (and daughter);  they would want to hold onto something of their child.  You do not say "oh will they want child support" or move on with your own life after the funeral.  You grab at anything and everything that reminds you of your child, that keeps your child alive to you.

And who cares if they want child support....I haven't seen child support cover diapers and food.  Contributing to the care of my grandchildren has not been an emotional burden.   Of course in my case, my contribution is the fun stuff like dance class or memberships.

I apologize to the monkeys who have lost children and grandchildren....I do not know your experiences and feelings.  I am only voicing how I would feel.
