A good Craigslist rant;
"On a postive note, Casey will always be called a murderer wherever she goes in the USA. She'll always wonder if someone has spit in her food in a restaurant or if someone's following her, or if she's going to be a victim in a hit-and-run car "accident." Her only hope is to get the hell outta of Dodge and stay there.

Could Casey Anthony Judge, Belvin Perry, Be the Next Judge Judy?

http://www.popeater.com/2011/07/05/casey-anthony-judge-belvin-perry-judge-judy-tv-show/

Forget attorney, Jose Baez. Forget Casey Anthony. The real star of the never ending legal circus that dominated the holiday weekend is none other than Judge Belvin Perry, who, experts agree, could have a second career waiting for him as a television judge.

This same judge who put a dude in jail for 6 nights for flipping the bird, yet doesn't do a damn thing to J Cheney Mason for doing the same friggen thing in public? For all any of us know, it was daylight and tourists ate always downtown. There could've been an innocent kid that witnessed his "classy" gesture! Nope, I probably wouldn't tune in.

This is the same guy that never followed through on any of his threats. Nada. Zilch.

The real star of the never ending legal circus ...???  Thought so at beginning of trial.  No more.  The real star was Jeff Ashton.  imo

I hear ya! I feel the same way! I say give Ashton a show!

I just love these "Gotcha" moments. Thanks.

It is said that to be a good liar ... a good memory is required.

July 11, 2011 - Mark Lippman tells JVM that George and Cindy learned of the sexual molestation defence from the prosecution ... not the defence.

May 24, 2011 - Mark Lippman tells NG that George and Cindy learned of the sexual molestatin defence from Jose Baez six weeks prior to the trial.

Hi Everyone!  I was wondering if it was ever brought up in court that Cindy Anthony was in the process of trying to get custody of Caylee right before Caylee went missing?

no because she wasn't......she had been urged to...but she said she didn't have money to hire an attorney IIRC

oh thanks Sunny I didnt realise or hear that part of the story.  But still the point is Cindy must have told someone that Casey was being a terrible mom and that she needed to take Caylee away from Casey.  Or something like that, so that really goes against what she told in court.

No, it's not him. Juror 3016 lived in Ohio until he moved to Florida 8 years ago. Also, he teaches 10th grade Phys Ed & Health. He's taking online classes so he can get certified to teach Special Education. He doesn't have that cert yet. For some reason, I'm thinking he's going for his Masters but I'm probably wrong about that. I posted his questioning but I forget...  Monkey Devil!

I just posted a link to Gulf Coast HS and Jim Winters, he has a PE degree and a Special Education degree.......he doesn't look like the guy on FNL, but from the back of his head I think this could be him when you compare it to the info on this list:

I thought a BS degree would allow one to teach but was trying to get a Masters online for Special Education...I can't find the info about Ohio though in the questioning?

Evening, monks.

I can't believe that Casey got a not guilty verdict while this man will be serving life in prison.

http://newsok.com/ersland-gets-life-judge-rejects-request-to-suspend-all-of-prison-sentence/article/3584664

Shooting someone after they are down is inexcusable, but if someone has a gun in hand and is trying to rob you, why not shoot them a bunch of times?  I'm sure there is much more to this case than in the article but I'm left thinking our justice system does the right thing only sometimes. maybe less than half the time.
