Alot of gray area when Caylee was dumped he does not know how Caylee got there or who brought her there. Is not convinced how Caylee died. OMGGGGGGGG  evidence of chloroform she could have died from chloroform everything was speculation.

Lets say you didn't know anything about this trial. Hearing this juror talk from what I hear you would expect a guilty verdict. WTF

My mom and son did not follow this case through the 3 yrs... I did follow and read everything when the prosecutors told their side and I listened along with my mom and son everything tied in together neatly, my mom and son looked at me and both said I just hope she was dead before she threw her in the trunk.

They both saw her guilty as sin

Your peers find you not guilty of manslaughter, The courts find  you not guilty of manslaughter
Your peers find you on 3rd of not guilty, I find you not guilty

Why on the second charge does he say the court instead of I like the rest of the charges?

I'm behind and this may have been answered.  I believe that the Judge is the Court so the 2 terms are interchangeable, not unlike the attorneys sometimes using Your Honor and others Judge.  Warner Bros. is part of Time Warner, Inc not ABC

Geo and Cindy's attorney said "The defense NEVER talked to Geo about alleged molestation of Casey. Prosecution knew it was going to come up at trial. The PROSECUTION informed Geo of this. The defense had Casey's diary and not one time was the molestation mentioned."

Wonder why the diary was never introduced into evidence?

That is not what Mark Lippman stated in the May 24th Nancy Grace interview.

When NG's question is considered and ... when ML's answer is considered ... it appears that the Anthonys were made aware of the defence's strategy regarding the molestation of Casey as well as Caylee's accidental drowning for six week prior to the trial.
