Also revealed on Tuesday was that defense attorney Jose Baez would not allow detectives to talk to Casey about allegations she made to ex-boyfriends and a jail pen pal that her brother molested her and that her father might have.

"We did reach out to the Baez law firm and were asked not to approach her at the jail," said Sgt. Eric Edwards.

The sheriff's office, the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the FBI are all totaling the costs they incurred in their search for Caylee until her remains were discovered on December 11, 2008.

The State Attorney's Office will ask Chief Judge Belvin Perry to order Casey to pay the costs should she cash in on Caylee's death or come into money some other way.

Everyone is asking why there is no Amber Alert!  Here is what I got from the Nancy Grace Show:

From what I see about Amber alerts, they usually go out immediately!  Casey never reported her daughter missing.  Her mother did, 31 days later.

Me too cub.  But I think she's gonna end up like a child molester.  No matter where she lands ... notices are going to go into neighborhood mail boxes.  She's gonna have a hell of a time finding a town/city/desert that will accept her. 

And I'm trying to keep faith that she (Sin,George,Lee) will not make any significant amount of money off of Caylee's murder. 

If not a one of them gets rich ... they will be in the hell they deserve.

I heard Lippman say the other day that Sin and George will NEVER BE ABLE TO WORK AGAIN!??  And I said ... WHAT??!!!  Why not?!!

I am glad that they are suing casey but they were looking for caylee's body right? again we are going in circles with casey/bobo lies...george disposed the body and casey didn't know where the body was.....cindy wanted to know where was her daughter...how they can sue casey?

I know.  JVM mentioned this rumor.  Someone must have a little insight of travel plans, IMO

I had to sit out for a while for my own mental health ... but have you all heard that Casey will be going to an Aunt in TX?  Just wondered?

I read or heard that somewhere ... and thought ... oh my!  I love TX!  And it's the last place I'd send a baby killer to live!  Texans would be the least likely to abide that crap!   

   

I don't see her coming here Newfie, especially if I read right that the Aunt lives in Pasadena. Nothing against Pasadena, but she would do better going to Austin where I don't think she would be harrassed as much as Pasadena. She could blend in better in Austin, party on 6th Street, get her groove on, etc.

Yeah she is innocent, let her take care of his baby.  I wouldn't let her take care of my dog even if she is "innocent"
