I had to sit out for a while for my own mental health ... but have you all heard that Casey will be going to an Aunt in TX?  Just wondered?

I read or heard that somewhere ... and thought ... oh my!  I love TX!  And it's the last place I'd send a baby killer to live!  Texans would be the least likely to abide that crap!   

   

I don't see her coming here Newfie, especially if I read right that the Aunt lives in Pasadena. Nothing against Pasadena, but she would do better going to Austin where I don't think she would be harrassed as much as Pasadena. She could blend in better in Austin, party on 6th Street, get her groove on, etc.

I don't think he expected the NG verdict.  I suspect he is totally re-planning his life right now....

I think his plans may have come to a screeching halt with the NG verdict...the story is no longer as appealing as "my wrongfully accused client is still in jail".   His plan for an exclusive in-jailhouse interview is gone.   The verdict put a damper on his "victory"....he now has a psychopath on his hands who expects her new DT family to take care of her needs.   IMO he cannot control her and she may even turn against him if she doesn't get her way.   She is a force to be reckoned with,  as the investigators found out in their interview with her.   She is loyal to no one, not even the ones who saved her from death.  Ha Ha the joke is on him.   I hope that his life is a disaster from now on.

If not, I hope to high holy heaven there is someone waiting at the jail to shove it in her pocket, say you have been served before she leaves. Just like Baez tried to do to the State witness, can't remember which one it was from out of state.

Oh!  I can't wait for this depo!  Morgan doesn't take any crap and gets right to the point!  I think he just might come out the hero of this whole screwed up mess!  I think he's gonna ask questions that ride that fine line between ZFG lawsuit and Caylee's murder ... much like he did with the rest of the A's!  Casey will be a mess ... because while she's a good liar ... she's not a fast liar ... and she's not gonna have a lot of "thinking up lie time" between questions!

Don't know if this has been said recently, but on JVM she is showing the memorial where Caylee was found, water ALL around it.  We've had a lot of rain in the last couple weeks.  Any of the DT that doubted that there was water there should go look now and there wasn't a hurricane!

I have mixed feeling in regards to this lawsuit.  TES thrives on donations.  In other words ... the $112,000 belongs to donors who contributed ... some big time ... towards the search for Caylee Anthony ... not TES.  If a lawsuit is successful ... will designated donations be returned upon request?
