I just saw this after my last post.  Your right, I thought it strange for the bio-suits.  Do they need them for a possible dead girl who's only been gone less than a week?  I always thought they used them if they think they are going to find something bio-hazardous.....


I believe they would use bio-suits if they were investigating a scene so as to not contaminate the scene.  Locard's Principle....you take something and leave something from wherever you go.  Maybe something small but it's there somewhere.......

OH, I'm going to puke.  I just looked at t.v. where they were showing a video of some freakin' jerk punk, punching the crap out of a 91 yr. old man!  Why do they have to show that stuff!  Makes me ill.  What the heck is wrong with our world???

Not to be contrary, but I have been listening & watching and believe it is live.  The reporter just said a little bit ago that it's 11PM there in Portugal and then a guy she interviewed mentioned having spoken to someone at 7 this evening.

Nothing wrong with that; it is high time most people realized that elderly abuse is as significant and predominant as child abuse.  Children and healthcare workers, thugs and others abuse the elderly ad nauseum.  Nothing much is done about it as society does not really view the elderly population in the same way they view youth, unfortunately but it goes on all the time.  Hospital beds, nursing homes, ER rooms, the streets and private homes are full of abuse of the elderly.

Maybe the police are draining the pool in the investigation for Maddy, because there might be bits or pieces of evidence that are small and can't be seen from topside.  Also, perhaps they want to drain it and check the filters and such for any pieces of evidence-a bit of cloth or anything.
