You would if you knew there wasn't anything to find and you knew that the world is watching and you want to end it all by saying..."we did all we could, there is just nothing to find, these people may be guilty but there is no evidence to support it under Dutch law...sorry but case closed."

You know, I've felt that way alot too.  But, could have done the same show with less resources, dontcha think? If dog and pony, way over the top.   But I admit,  I go back and forth all the time with this whole thing.  It helped that JQK, seemed fairly confident.  He went from a 3 to 5, between 1 and 10 on confidence scale.  I do wish I could be as confident as Robots though....

I have never heard of hijack of an OS unless it came from the outside into you computer. A software program will get corrupt and needs to be reinstalled sometimes. I use Firefox and it will freeze certain pages. IMO maybe the webmasters of some pages program the HTML and other stuff on the page to just work only with IE.

I have trouble getting onto eBay sometimes and use 4 different browers and still takes a very, very long time. Verizon page just times out so I can't pay my bill and have to use the phone if I am late and it costs $$.

Am having a Fibro flareup and headache. Will check in later.

I can't see why Anita was never asked for a PV, especially after she know exactly the discription of NH's underwear and told Beth and Greta.

A mention of Anita's ties to the Hague was mentioned here on the fly. I'd like to know more about that for I think this case will end up there as a civil rights case... one of the reasons, IMO, the Wever family statement is so slanted; they are trying to appeal to those in power who judge cases.

Sure is hard, at times, to keep the faith, we do hang in there!

Lalas - A few weeks ago I had my first-ever Computer Down situation at home. I don't even remember what all my symptoms were, but I couldn't get online, for one thing.

After much conversation at work, I came home, unplugged the computer, waited a minute, plugged it back in. Everything perfect.

I know - you're going to shoot yourself if that works, after all you've been through.

Maybe I should borrow San's gun...just in case.

When my computer has acted stupid, would not connect, etc my VERY smart daughter #3 had me unplug the connection to the modem, wait about 30 seconds and then replug.  It worked!

Here's my story and I'm sticking to it....

I spent 90 minutes today with the DSL guy on the phone.  I thought it was my DSL at first.  I couldn't connect to any website.  It wouldn't pull up anything.  We fiddled and faddled until he gave up on me.  I could not access any sites, then finally my daughter came in and she tried to access the University's website.  Well, it worked, then she went to Google from there for me.  I have AVG but it told me I had a browser problem and I needed to reinstall it.  I spent another hour on that.  I couldn't get it to uninstall for me to reinstall.  Then I still couldn't get to IE or Firefox.  I have Firefox as my default browser.  So when I finally went to work, about 2 hours late, one of the guys there that does lots of computer stuff said it sounded as if my browser was hijacked. I did a system restore.  It took me 2 tries to get it to work.  He told me to try Micro Trend.  He even said I might need to down load the program from a flash drive and try it since I couldn't browse from my PC.  I did that and things began to get better.  Now it tells me I can't completely install Micro because I have spysweeper.  I went to remove it and it calls for some stupid advisor password.  Don't have a clue.  I then managed to get AVG reinstalled and ran it.  Didn't find anything, but I finally got my browser working again.  I am worried now that I can't keep it like this, because I have now uninstalled everything I had on it.  I guess I need to try that Ad Aware or whatever it is now.

No, we need one of those Indians that we are required to talk, who cannot speak English but can fix this crap,  to come live between my house and yours.
