"U.S. Marshals arrest a former federal inmate for violating the terms of his release. Christopher Lee Umberger, 39, was apprehended on Tuesday. Marshals claim he violated his supervised release terms and will now face federal charges. He was previously convicted in August, 2001 for selling heroin. He served 8 1/2 years in prison before his release this April. Umberger is being held in Southern Regional Jail."

Does anyone know for certain that this is the same guy who filed the paternity suit today?   I can't see slore with this dude, but then again, he is a dude.

Hold on~ He served 8 1/2 years in prison before his release this April. (2003?)

So, how could he possibly be Caylee's father?

And no telling how long he was in county jail awaiting trial.

ITA... she is not just walking free, but driving a new jeep!!!  Must be so nice to be able to get away with EVERYTHING you lie about!!    They have already moved on... out there buying home supplies... they just picked up where they left off three years ago!! 

New car, new $100 yard gadget...who says crime doesn't pay. Where is all that money coming from?

Cindy's mother said Cindy had to mortgage the house and almost lost it. Neither one of them has worked for a long time. They had no savings.

Would have to ask a tax lawyer if putting her money into the off-shore bank is legal.

IF she received this $1M for an interview, of course she would owe Federal Income Tax on it.  Getting it from her though would be the difficult part, unless they have the levy in place

it is considered income so of course she would have to pay taxes on it right? whether the levy is in place or not...income is income and it will be reported income...and wouldn't it be at about the 30-35% tax bracket?

Anthony was acquitted July 5 in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, a verdict that sparked outrage from those who thought she was guilty. Scores of angry Facebook pages sprang up, some with threatening messages.

Michael Mantell, a former chief psychologist with the San Diego Police Department, says the release could prompt attacks on her life. John Kendall, a former U.S. marshal who worked in witness protection, says Anthony will be at high risk for the next few months.

"Is she going to make the tour? Talk shows? Book signings? Public appearances? If she does, then she is at an incredible risk," Kendall says. "If I was handling this case, we would relocate her somewhere else in the country, change her identity and change her appearance."

I think there are 3 in Florida. I just did a search on Casey Anthony & didn't see her listed in Orlando, but the name shows up on Veromi - no middle name. The other one has a different middle name than Marie.

I am ok until they play the reading of the verdict, then I have to mute it..it still gets me in the gut

I can't watch it.

I was watching that video for Mason's reach around with Casey and when they got up to hold hands in solidarity, I had to fast forward it.  I can't watch it either.

Can't watch the verdict and I can't and won't watch anything the jurors have to allow.

Wonder if it's the same with ALL of the people named Casey Anthony... I once saw an Oprah show (I think) where this lady started searching for people with her same name... she did some sort of documentary about this... Anyhow, she traveled all over the country meeting with people who shared her name... It was unbelievable how similar their lives were.
