Caylee Marie Anthony - JUSTICE DENIED #4 7/13 - 7/14/2011

I just got through listening to the highlights of George's testimony. All the talking heads are dissecting the trees in the forest, and nobody's stepping back and looking at the forest.

The forest screams that KC had been dumping Caylee a long time before she dumped her in that swamp. She used to drop her off to Jesse's Dad 3 times a week so she could go to "work"......... yet she had no job. She didn't want to spend time with Caylee and lied so she didn't have to.

The forest screams that KC concocted one lie after the other to avoid being caught without Caylee by her family. Face to face with them, she would run out of workable lies as to her whereabouts. When it happened, she had to fall back on a lie that would not hold up.

The forest screams that within hours of being last seen with Caylee, she's videotaped renting movies without her and for 31 days she tells a variety of lies to explain why she's not with her.

The forest screams that her car smelled like human decomposition so badly that she couldn't drive it.

How....... please help me understand how, a jury could be so distracted by pure allegations of affairs, incest, unnoticed pregnancy, or anything else to ignore the forest's screams?

It was only about Caylee. That's what it was supposed to be about........... Caylee.

Here's the thing with the FBI in this case.  They were not investigators.  They were there to help as requested by OCSO, who were the lead investigative agency.  KC had the option of talking with the FBI, but she never did.  Therefore, she never lied to the FBI.

Wait a minute, I'm confused. The FBI gets involved with all missing children cases...I thought.

In Caylee's case, they found her mother not guilty of a whole list of things...but, the did not charge her with NEGLECT. If Casy was found innocent, but Caylee died, would it not be neglect that led to her death? Casey can't seem to tell any one where Caylee was. That is neglect.

Well considering kc was on Caylee's birth certificate, therefore responsible for her it looks to me like the only two choices the jury had to pick from was 1-kc was watching her or 2. Kc had willingly and knowingly left her daughter in the care of a person she accused of being a child molester- both lead back to kc, the second just makes her look even worselike she needed help with that one.-

I don't even get how that came into play since in his opening statement, Baez placed a dead Caylee in  Casey's arms with George screaming at her, "look what you've done", sooooooo if this jury would perfer to listen to DT, perhaps they should listen to all and say Casey was the caretaker of Caylee when she drowned and Casey was the last person to hold Caylee's dead body, per her own defense and Casey is her mother, therefore having the ULTIMATE responsibilty to Caylee's well being.. JMO

No kidding- use the defenses claims to prove child endangerment and/or neglect, stack those charges and have her serve consecutive sentences for each, or to save time they could have rounded it off to the nearest 1,000 years and dropped the rest-lol I wish

Wonder what the idiot jurors thought of the skenky one's thinker pose she did every time Caylee's skull was shown.  Bet they thought that was sincere too. 

I cannot be this poor of a judge of character.  It is not possible that 95% of the people following this case believer her to be a baby killer and she not be.  It is not possible that I find every move she makes to be evil, and 12 jurors on 1 jury panel buy every lie she spews out. 

It is just not possible.  Did somebody put something in my coffee?
