Emergency motion demands quick deposition of Casey Anthony

ORLANDO --

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to make sure they will be able to take Casey Anthony's deposition within the next week.

Gonzalez's attorney John Morgan filed an emergency motion to compel Casey's appearance at a videotaped deposition.

Morgan wants to either force Casey to answer questions under oath before she leaves jail, or have the judge force her to appear next Tuesday in Morgan's office for that deposition.

Have you heard anything about kc's attorney appealing the 4 lying to LE convictions? I caught the end of a clip saying something about kc not having to give any depositions with those charges in appeal because her statements may effect a now pending case? something? anyone?

 read on FB that JB had filed or was filing an appeal.....but found nothing filed with the clerk...but we know how they work..file at the last moment.....

HLN 10 minutes ago, Casey cannot plead 5th Amendment in a deposition. Baez will try to appeal her convictions so she CAN plead 5th in this deposition.

Clock is ticking again.

Honest to God.......I will take ANYTHING.  And I know you all feel the same.  Bring it on   

The day of sentence JP told her of her right to appeal. Baez spoke up and said she needed time and he said she has 30 days. JP asked if she had money for Baez to represent her and he said no. JP said a public defender would be appointed if she appeals. I don't know what she would appeal. She lied and it is recorded. She definitely deserved all 4 counts and her jail time was calculated where she used her time served plus these extra days so I don't think an appeal would work anyway.

Crews respond to second crash short time later

     Two people were killed and another critically injured in this crash in Falmouth Saturday evening.
FALMOUTH - Two people were killed in a crash on Seacoast Shores Boulevard Saturday evening. A Chrysler Sebring went out of control, striking a fence and a utility pole. 24-year old Michael P. Duggan of CT and previously Plymouth, MA was pronounced dead at the scene. His sister 18-year old Sarah Duggan of Plymouth was rushed to Falmouth H0spital after Medflight was grounded by weather and was then driven to Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston where she succumbed to her injuries Tuesday morning. Falmouth Police are investigating and say it appears Duggan was trying to pass a vehicle when he apparently swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle and lost control jumping a curb and striking the fence and pole. Speed and wet roads may have been factors.

Maybe Jennifer Ford should have a roomie. Casey would be perfect since she will be a citizen again...clear and free thanks to people like her. I think that is where she should go.

Greene said he plans to file an objection to the hearing.

He's calling this a "publicity stunt" that is "abusing the court process."

Earlier in the day, Morgan filed an emergency motion demanding that Casey’s deposition move forward between now and next Tuesday.

He indicates in the court filing he's worried she may leave the area.

I am WAY behind.. But LEt Casey go to TEXAS.. This is an article in my local paper that happend here a few days ago. A DUDE from TEXAS up here doing work.. goes into a bar.. gets pissed because a patron has the tv up loud.. goes out to his vehicle.. gets a SEMI automatic and shoots the poor 65 yr old man dead. I feel sorry for the poor sould. This is about 20 minutes from where I live.

Jennifer I think thought she would get a big payoff, I dont think none of them thought about the hate and anger their decision would bring to them. First she was saying it was "An accident that snowballed out of control". And that she never said Casey was innocent. Now its " I think Casey is guilty but of what I dont know". She is loosing ground fast.

And bet she or the juror that fled Fl will be the 2 first to break in going to the judge or District Attorney Office.

I just wanted to say I took the day off and enjoyed being with my son and mom for most of the day. Just to clear my head of all this BS. None of this is making any sense on why the Anthony's are all getting a free pass on things that the rest of us would be sitting in prison for.
