ORLANDO, Fla. -- The bounty hunter who temporarily bonded Casey Anthony out of jail in 2008 announced plans on Wednesday to file a lawsuit against her and her lead criminal defense attorney, Jose Baez.

Leonard Padilla said he was deceived by Anthony and Baez back in 2008 when he led his team of bounty hunters and security personnel from California to Florida to help find Anthony's daughter, Caylee, alive.

Padilla said Baez's opening statements in Anthony's murder trial, where he declared Caylee was never missing and had drowned in the family pool, proves both Anthony and Baez lied to Padilla in order to get his needed financial and logistical assistance to get Anthony out on bond.

I knew this one was coming..............but in reality he is owed the money too. Lies have consequences and this one will be against bozo too which I love.

and everyone suing her should demand jury trials like Tim Miller did.. no jury will have sympathy for her, people are pizzed..

We thought this jury would be there to pursue justice for Caylee and it turned out they were not there for that reason, so I have no faith that any jury seated for anything to do with this slore will end on the side of justice.  None, zippo, nada.  She will walk away free of anything but the 4000 fine placed by JBP for lying.  she will get a million dollar deal and pay off that 4000 in a blink's eye, and go on with her Caylee-free life to party and do whatever the heck she wants. 

She has zero guilt in her heart for what she did, how she did it, how she threw out her daughter in a swamp to rot (that alone would keep me up at night) and will have no problems strutting like she is Queen sheeba and we are all wrong and crazy and she thinks the jury found her Innocent. 

Makes me sick to my stomach.  I hope she is showed some responsibility, but I seriously doubt it. 

Even if found responsible and has to pay, what is 112,000 when you have a million?  A drop in the bucket.

You've GOT to  see it!! She interviewed Dorothy Simms and asked a final question, "Would you let Casey watch your kids?" Simms ran all over the studio avoiding answering it, and never did!  LOLOL!!!

Joy even pushed her, when Simms said, "Well, my children are grown." Joy shot back, "What about your Grandchildren, then?" Simms would not answer it!!!

I happened to be flickining channels and I saw it, and I laughed my ass off. LOL  You are right, Sims would not answer, but you could tell she was thinking..."no way in hell"!

Casey Anthony may be attracting death threats following her acquittal for murder, but she is also receiving checks in the mail from sympathetic admirers so that she has money to spend on cosmetics and snacks while in jail.

Most of the strangers sending her money are men, but several women have also sent her cash.

Since May, at least 17 people have sent money orders to Anthony, according to jailhouse records from the Orange County Corrections Department. Strangers are showering her with more money than her parents. George and Cindy Anthony haven't sent their daughter a cent since May 8, more than two weeks before her trial began.

The donations have increased since Anthony was acquitted in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee last week, the records show.

As of today, Anthony has $472.18 in her bank account, nearly $200 more than what was in her account the day she received the verdict. One stranger donated $100 this week.

The average balance in an Orange County jail inmate's account is $36.30.

Bradfield, a 44-year-old man who lives on a ranch in Texas, donated $99.40 to Anthony in February 2011 so she'd have money to celebrate her birthday in March.

One of her more generous male donors, a man in his twenties, asked that his name be withheld. He defended his decision to reach out to the 25-year-old Florida woman.

"I do not know Casey personally, nor am I supporting her as a person, nor am I anything like the people sending her love letters and asking her to marry them," he said. "However, what I am supporting is the jury's decision to acquit based on lack of evidence failing to overcome the reasonable doubt standard."

David R. Fulton said he deposited $25 on June 3 in the name of his company, David R. Fulton Computer Repair, hoping that the donation might catch the public eye and generate clients.

Fulton added, "I think she's innocent."

Christy Davis, a 56 year old Florida woman, donated $20 to Anthony in June and sent another $20 money order on Monday.

"I feel a little bit of a kindred spirit with Casey Anthony…I'm a regular person who saw the story through a different set of eyes," she said.

Because every high profile case has books written by all players involved.  But this case is different, Casey is a pathological liar and the most hated woman in the country.   Any book or interview by her is just going to be more lies.   Those people who are interested in hearing what she has to say are going to be very disappointed.  What will she say...that she spent 3 years in jail wrongfully accused.   People are forgetting that the public became intrigued with CAYLEE, not with Casey.  We stayed with the story waiting for justice for a little girl who has no one on her behalf, not even her own family. 

I'm disgusted with the whole bunch,  the Anthonys, the DT...especially baez, the jurors.

And Miss Casey...nothing special about her....no need to study her behavior,  she's just a common lowlife slore and master manipulator with no respect for anyone or anything.  IMO
