Casey can change her name, Casey can have plastic surgery, Casey can go to another state, another country even but she will still be Casey Ho Anthony..and that she will never be able to hide..Her evil will ooze out of her...She will never be able to escape the public shunning no matter what she does..other people can go live incognito but Casey won't be able to do that..she loves the attention and the drama. And God forbid, there could be another victim in her dismal future..

maybe I read it here...someone wrote that Casey will live the life as a sex offender does..we can only hope that neighbors picket outside of anywhere that she lives and that they make her life miserable...
this stuck in my mind and I thought, that would be great if she gets hounded no matter where she goes...

Casey has to be squirming.  Can't imagine her finding another attorney like Baez. Green is her civil attorney and she could be scared. She may have beaten the big wrap, but mistakes by this new guy could put her right back in jail or worse.

Anyone know anything about Green?

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Casey Anthony has another lawsuit to deal with. Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla says he is filing lawsuit against Anthony and her attorney Jose Baez seeking $200,000.00 compensation for the money they spent searching for Caylee and money spent on travel, private detectives, security guards.

Padilla says both Anthony and Baez knew that Caylee was dead. Padilla said he believed Anthony when she said that Caylee was kidnapped and also believed in Baez.

Padilla’s lawsuit is similar to the one filed by Tim Miller and Texas Equusearch. Miller says Texas Equusearch spent more than $100,000.00 searching for a child who was never really missing.

n the response by Casey's civil attorney, Greene is asking Judge Rodriguez to cancel the hearing, stop the deposition and he's requesting a case management conference which would, essentially, set up how the case should proceed.

Greene lists a number of reasons saying Morgan "refused to reschedule the deposition when counsel was available."

Greene has a trial scheduled to begin next Tuesday. He said Casey, at this point, would have no choice other than to assert her 5th Amendment right against self incrimination.

He said the criminal trial for her was, "a grueling experience that has left her emotionally and mentally exhausted." Essentially, Greene's response reads there's no legitimate emergency for a hearing or a deposition to happen immediately.

It's now up to Judge Rodriguez as to whether or not there will be court tomorrow.
