Here's another comment from The Daily Beast. Is it safe to assume the cousin being referred to is Nathan Plesea? I remember researching him in the beginning. He is Casey's cousin. I thought he was adopted? I'll have to go back over tge old stuff I saved online. Anybody remember him being mentioned?

   Hat-tip to Sassy.

Quote

Sassy2 Weeks Ago
No, Caylee's Dad is her first cousin from Ohio. He and his family came to visit around Thanksgiving and Casey went out with him to some clubs and so forth to show him Orlando. Casey got pregnant and Caylee was born in August. She was not a month early as Cindy asserts.

Get pics of Casey's first cousin from Ohio and you will see the striking resemblance. In fact, somewhere on the 'net is a pic of him holding Caylee at the Anthony home. The pic was taken outside in the back.

This is the real truth, folks, and why Casey, Cindy, and the rest of the Anthony's never wanted anyone to know. Appearances are very important to them.

Believe it or not. Doesn't really matter to me.

No one knows who he is do we?

Earlier it was posted that he was Ryan Pasley. I can't remember who posted but it seems on Google he is identified on several sights as that person but I don't know where the proof of that is.

That is a picture of Ryan Pasley. He's not Caylee's dad.

Wish he was, though. He's a good guy from a great family.

Emergency hearing in Zenaida Gonzalez civil case against Casey Anthony tomorrow
By Adam Longo, Reporter
Last Updated: Thursday, July 14, 2011 1:51 PM
Independent sources confirm there will be an emergency case management hearing in the civil case against Casey Anthony Friday morning at 8 a.m.

Casey herself is not expected to attend. The hearing will be held in the ceremonial courtroom on the 23rd floor of the Orange County Courthouse.

Anthony's civil attorney Charles Greene filed a fiery response Thursday morning to a hearing and deposition scheduled by attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez.

Greene wanted the originally proposed 10 a.m. hearing canceled and he is asking that her scheduled deposition be postponed.

Oh, so yet another scummy lawyer trying to get her out of her responsibilities.

Lead investigator for Casey Anthony defense, from Port St. Lucie, says Casey will ‘go into hiding' after jail release Sunday | Videos

Despite her acquittal on murder charges, when Casey Anthony is freed from jail Sunday in Orlando she'll face an uncertain future, and may always be blamed for the death of her toddler daughter, her lead defense investigator said this week.

"Everywhere she goes, five years from now, 10 years from now, there's going to be somebody yelling 'baby killer' to her," said Jeremiah "Jerry" Lyons, of Port St. Lucie, a private investigator hired in 2009 by Anthony's attorney Jose Baez, of Kissimmee.

She can hide, but somebody will find her and she will want to get out one day and whamo.  I cannot wait.

Casey Anthony Admirers Send Cash And Presents To Jail Following Verdict

"It's a good thing for Anthony, who has spent thousands of dollars at the jail commissary on items like spicy peanuts and eyeliner since she was taken into custody in July of 2008. At one point, her account was even overdrawn."

I thought she was convicted of forging stolen checks. How could she spend money she didn't have, in jail?

IIRC they charge a daily service fee for holding account.  I think it was like $2.50 a day. And they keep charging it even if there's no money to draw against it.

I have observed people like Casey and experience shows they usually self-destruct and rather quickly. They receive some positive attention at first and then when their resources dry up...they get desperate and the opossum awakes. Be vary aware, those who get sucked into her charm and likability. It is all an act.

Casey Anthony: She ‘compartmentalized’ after Caylee died, Cheney Mason says

“She compartmentalized the entire situation,” Mason said. “There was a period of time when she appeared legitimately to not even accept the death herself. It was a long time before she did.”

Mason gave an answer to a key mystery in the case. If the attorneys keep talking, there won’t be anything for Casey to add.

Mason told Fell that the Anthony case was the biggest of his career and an uphill battle.  Mason said Anthony’s acquittal was a surprise “given the battle we were in,” but there was “instant relief” as well.

In the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation suit against Anthony, there will be an emergency conference at 8 a.m. Friday.

Leonard Padilla suing Casey Anthony
Updated: Thursday, 14 Jul 2011, 6:59 AM EDT
Published : Thursday, 14 Jul 2011, 6:51 AM EDT

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Casey Anthony has another lawsuit to deal with. Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla says he is filing lawsuit against Anthony and her attorney Jose Baez seeking $200,000.00 compensation for the money they spent searching for Caylee and money spent on travel, private detectives, security guards.

Padilla says both Anthony and Baez knew that Caylee was dead. Padilla said he believed Anthony when she said that Caylee was kidnapped and also believed in Baez.

Padilla’s lawsuit is similar to the one filed by Tim Miller and Texas Equusearch. Miller says Texas Equusearch spent more than $100,000.00 searching for a child who was never really missing.

Casey spent every cent she had in her account, knowing the account would continue to be charged a fee. She spent money she did not have because her account would be charged this fee.

She's been in isolation for the last 3 years because the powers that be were worried about her safety prior the trial.  Now, post trial, where she has been aquitted, the public outcry is far worse.

General population in a controlled environment was too dangerous- but roaming the globe now is 'safe'?

There'll be Casey sightings reported in magazines, "Paparazzi".  It'll be a circus.

I agree.
Let's start a tally so far.

Texas Equisearch  at least           $100,000
IRS  lets say around                      70,000
Leonard Padilla minimum of            15,000
Zaneida Gonzoles minimum of         15,000
Orange cty. fraudulent search min    15,000

bare bones low ball min     $215,000

Guess a Million dollars just doesn't go as far as it used to.

Can't wait to get all the real figures in and when she loses, add in all the court costs and attorney's fee.
