Here's another comment from The Daily Beast. Is it safe to assume the cousin being referred to is Nathan Plesea? I remember researching him in the beginning. He is Casey's cousin. I thought he was adopted? I'll have to go back over tge old stuff I saved online. Anybody remember him being mentioned?

I realize that NOTHING that comes from Casey's lips can be believed but ... in the following interview she claims that she had not seen Caylee's paternal grandparents since she was a child.  However ... the words in the above post implies that they had visited the Anthony's in the period of time that Caylee was conceived.

JL lives about a mile and a half away from me in one direction and brother Gary lives a mile a a half in the other direction..
So FYI, JL and brother Gary lives approximately 3 miles from each other

Then, I check today to see any updates and find a story by Wendy Murphy saying she believes Casey was allowing Caylee to be used for child porn, and that maybe the state will bring charges against Casey for this. I missed all this? Anyone have any more information? How true could this be?

I don't believe that at all. It is a federal offense to engage in child sex or porn. She'd be in a penitentiary if it were true. I don't believe there were compromising pics of Caylee that were sealed. I do believe there were multiple compromising pics of Casey, though, but they were unrelated to this case so they were either sealed or not released. Jmo.

I agree.

Yuri Melich clearly responds in the negative when questioned about sealed images of Caylee Marie.  He states that there is NOTHING is sealed.

Casey had an Eric Baker on the computer, found on the hard drive. The one from Kentucky died in a car accident and wasn't Caylee's bio dad. He was in the service. There are many Eric Bakers. I found 2 that Caylee resembles. One Eric Baker was posted online in a collage and is in the service (different than the Kentucky Eric Baker), very good looking, smart, has alot going for him. Another Eric Baker has a mugshot & is in Oregon I think? I forget. I'll go look.

Neither is probably related, but sometimes Casey has a little truth mixed in with her lies. For instance, maybe there is an Eric Baker that really could be Caylee's dad. Maybe Casey searched Eric Baker & found an obit to pass off as Caylee's dad just to get Cindy off her back. Maybe she just stole the name Eric Baker from Jesus Ortiz MySpace page. However, wasn't there mention of Eric Baker on the harddrive before Jesus' comment regarding Eric Baker's death? I remember back when Colonial had their grads listed on their site, I found 2 Eric Baker. Don't know if it has significance or a wild goose chase.

At this point, anybody in a thousand mile radius could gave fathered Caylee.

Thank you Titch! Yes, I suspect there were compromising pics of Casey....we've seen some of them. So, this is a relief for me in one way (that Caylee wasn't sold out for porn) but maddening in another (would love to see Casey go to jail for life). I guess patience will work in my favor, as I feel confident she will screw up again in time.

I just find it strange for sealing them, IF indeed it's true regarding kc.
It seems like their's so many laws for the accused and none for the victim, Caylee.
 

You are so right about that, yesterday on the news they showed a man in jail for molesting and video taping the molestation of little boys, because he is representing himself, he can watch those videos all day long, as many hrs as he wishes in private, I think they said there are about 28 of them......so sad

So maybe our instincts weren't so off afterall. I've said from the beginning that people got involved bc they're anti dp. Any group that is hardcore civil rights is also against the dp unless it's proven 100% evident, not just reasonable doubt. So it stems from the Desth is Different seminar. Wasn't Andrea there, too? John Allen & Yuri Melich both said in the press conference there are NO pictures of Caylee or Casey sealed or not given to the State.....all pictures obtained during the investigation have been released thru discovery.

I thought the question that was asked at the OCSO Presser was if there are pics of Caylee that were sealed, and John Allen stated that there are no pictures that are sealed. If that's how it was asked & answered, then it could be read into. If the question was actually about Caylee AND Casey, & his answer was no pics are sealed, then I must be wrong. I thought the question was asked about Caylee, though. I'll go back & look at the video. It has to be on YouTube right? You're probably right...

I still cannot get past the verdict that was render by what I consider a runaway jury.  I sincerely hope there is an investigation.  If the jury process is flawed ... it needs to be fixed.  Justice for other Caylees and ... accountability for other Caseys demand it.

As of 11:00 PM last night .... no news on new grandbaby.  Every time the phone ring my first thought is "Maybe ... just maybe."  It's a ongoing roller coaster.

Let's just say Casey is court ordered to reimburse these people- entities.

The court documents are for Casey Anthony to reimburse Joe Blow.

Casey leaves the court's jurisdiction to an unknown location, changes her name to an unknow made up alias.   

When you change your name, they ask you basically are you doing this to commit fraud/to defraud someone- but not in those exact words.  She will say No, she's doing it for safety reasons, which, we all know will be a half truth.  Yes, she's doing this for safety reasons, but also once she changes her name- Casey Anthony will no longer exist. 

(Obviously the concern of John Morgan and Tim Miller, since they are filing now)

These people awarded their reimbursements/court costs/damages, will no longer have a valid order and can wipe their butts with it.

Since her new name will be "Yes, I'm a Slore", and is unknown publically, the entities cannot take out a lien on her or have any recourse, since Casey Anthony no longer exists.

IF, during the name change, there is included in the order which states that Casey Anthony has to notify the court of a name change, which will eventually become public, because Florida has the Sunshine Law, nor is she a minor, changing her name is useless.

Will be interesting when the State of Florida comes forward with their motion for reimbursement also.
