What is the monetary amount ZFG is requesting in her suit against slore? $15K?

I thought ZFG said she hasn't been able to get a job in 3 years bc of her speculated relationship to this case?

$15,000? What would she make per year? Surely it has to be more than poverty level if she has multiple kids.

Plus, shouldn't she have $ for therapy to be able to deal with this? That is, if she's truly, honestly suffered.
15K is the min amt that can be used in a suit.

Thanks, so it's just like the TES lawsuit. It says "exceeds $15,000".

Basically, the suit filed by Zenaida requests damages in excess of $15,000 and further damgages as seen proper by the court. It requests a jury trial.

Orange County corrections says they "taped over" video of #CaseyAnthony reacting to discovery of remains. Want to watch sealed copy.

http://twitter.com/#!/bobkealing

Bullcrap! No they didn't! It's been sealed since that day in December!
Exactly!  It was sealed so it never should've been watched at all.  If it was taped over it was a deliberate act of sabotage and somebody better face some criminal charges.

Correct me if I am wrong, I know you will!!, but didn't we see clips of that video where Casey was informed they found Caylee?

Casey's Jail Account Ticks Up
Checks Still Rolling In From Strangers
POSTED: 1:23 pm EDT July 14, 2011
UPDATED: 1:37 pm EDT July 14, 2011

ORLANDO, Fla. -- As the days count down to Casey Anthony's release from the Orange County Jail, her jailhouse account balance keeps ticking up.

In the last week, Anthony's jail account balance has gone up more than $100 -- from $301 on July 7 to $470 on July 14.

Over the last few weeks, checks from people who are not believed to be associated with the case have continued to arrive at the jail from as far away as Canada.

The latest deposit was from Shady Dale, Ga. for $20.

Lawmaker Wants "Caylee's Law" in Connecticut
Bill would punish parents who don't report missing children right away.

 ::snipping2::

Republican John Kissel, or Enfield, said he will propose the "Caylee's law" legislation during next year's session, according to the Journal Inquirer. The bill will be named for Caylee Anthony of Florida. Last week, a Florida jury found Casey Anthony, Calyee's mother, not guilty of murdering her daughter.

 ::snipping2::

The proposal would make it a misdemeanor for parents, guardians or caretakers to knowingly fail to report that a child is missing, according to the Journal Inquirer. It would mean up to a year in prison and a $2,000 fine.

Lying to police in a case involving a missing child would be a felony under Kissel's proposal, punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000, the paper reported.

Basically, the suit filed by Zenaida requests damages in excess of $15,000 and further damgages as seen proper by the court. It requests a jury trial.
I'd like to see that.

I seem to remember that as well. I'm thinking it was during the hearing to determine if it could be used in the trial. There was also testimony from jail personell.

I can't believe these people send her money.  I don't get it.  Even if they think in their feeble minds that they are doing something "good", donate to the local animal shelter or something to feel like you've done something "good".

What happens if she still has $ in her account after Sunday?  Does she get to take it with her for cab fare? Or does she give it to one of her jail house BFFs?

Lead investigator for Casey Anthony defense, from Port St. Lucie, says Casey will ‘go into hiding' after jail release Sunday | Videos
    By Melissa E. Holsman
    Posted July 13, 2011 at 7:49 p.m., updated July 14, 2011 at 11:14 a.m.

Despite her acquittal on murder charges, when Casey Anthony is freed from jail Sunday in Orlando she'll face an uncertain future, and may always be blamed for the death of her toddler daughter, her lead defense investigator said this week.

"Everywhere she goes, five years from now, 10 years from now, there's going to be somebody yelling 'baby killer' to her," said Jeremiah "Jerry" Lyons, of Port St. Lucie, a private investigator hired in 2009 by Anthony's attorney Jose Baez, of Kissimmee.

"When I entered into this case I thought there was a good chance she was guilty," he said. "And when I walk out of it, I know that she is innocent. And I believe her to be innocent, not just 'not guilty.'"
 ::snipping2::

Lyons insisted he never found a shred of evidence that proved Anthony was a murderer.

Sheriff's investigators, he said, were too quick to settle on Casey Anthony as a killer.

"The Orlando (Orange County) Sheriff's Office, I think they did a great job in investigating Casey Anthony," he said. "I think they did a lousy job of investigating the death of Caylee Anthony."

I am sick over what they are saying on HLN.  This Amy Singer that helped the defense pro bono.  She monitored blogging sites, to mold the defense strategy by what bloggers were saying about the different characters in the saga.  Ugh, I shudder to think that our suspicions of Lee and George might possibly have helped KC get away with murder.  This makes me furious.

She must endorse the back of the check in order to deposit it in her account. The sender is simply going to get her autograph in return for the money. This is done a lot in high profile cases.
