Angie,  my neighbor has 4 large birds.  One of them is a parrott of some kind and sits in his cage at the screened open window all day and says, over and over again "here kitty kitty, here kitty kitty"   Crying or Very sad that drives my dogs crazy!!

 I dont know WTH kind of bird this is.. from a distance its beautiful looking.. tropical looking...?  It has a pen outside and a perch on the porch.. I have not been over to see it close up YET.. but the things squaks its butt off.. and then my next door neighbors dog just barks and barks at it.. somedays I am glad to be at work not to have to listen to it all day..lol
