Very OT..
I am watching a show about a fellow that stutters terribly (on the Health Channel)
It reminds me of a young man I knew many years ago that stuttered horribly, but could sing opera with the most beautiful voice and NO stutter!

Oh well, just sharing a memory! Laughing

Mel Tillis stutters very badly too.  It has something to do with the rhythm, foot and brain, etc., that stops stuttering when singing.  I don't remember it exactly but I stuttered very badly after chemo once (something I had never done before) and had some therapy for it.  It was splained to me by the speech pathology person how that works, but to tell you the truth, I had chemo brain so bad, I just glazed over it.  I don't stutter as bad anymore, but sometimes under durress I will.

That is interesting - I have heard that they can sing perfectly when they stutter talking.  I think they have found they can stop the stuttering by using ear muffs (where is Lala's?) so they cannot hear themselves speak.

Its so interesting to me. I am amazed at how the human brain reacts to certain stimuli.

Art, you do not have to answer me if you do not want to, but sometimes I think surgery and/or therapy in and around the brain can make one stutter.  I always suspected Rainman in the movie (in real life) had undergone ECT which made him stutter.  No proof of anything I say, but I have a friend whose brother stuttered after AVM surgery.  It is amazing how we even make it through these procedures, muchless ever walk or talk again.  The brain is a delicate little creature.

You have to wonder why any of these guys were raping girls on Aruba.  Every picture we see of them partying involves women of all stripes, both Arubans and tourists, throwing themselves at guys as unattractive as Mr. DJ.

I think by drugging and raping them, they get to do things to them that even a whore wouldn't do, plus there's the filming part of it.  Aruban girls are EASY, according to the young VDS.  These are increditably sick young boys way beyond what most of us can fathom. They weren't brought up with the same morals most all of us are familiar with.
