I'm going to ask some real dumb questions here..

All suspects have access the case files. (yes/no)?

Does this mean JQK then has access to the same files (yes/no)?

Based upon Aruban Law's if JQK lets information in the case files (if he has them) become public knowledge can it hurt the case(yes/no)?

Does JQK know more than any of us know about his case(yes/no)?

Is there anything we can do to assist him in leagal matters(yes/no)?

If we knew more we might be able to make connections they have not..
But we can still attempt to put pressure on the average person in Aruba until they take a stand for accountablity (and start asking some of the questions we have asked) and demand answers from their govt.

If any efforts to boycott travel to ARUBA is not working...
fine ... it is our time & energy expended...
No One should even argue if it working or not (they should IGNORE us)

Is there anything we can do to assist him in leagal matters(yes/no)? I DOUBT IT - THE FAMILY PASSES INFORMATION TO HIM IF WE SEND TO THEM

I do not think they will be released from suspect status in order to prevent Beth & Dave from having access to the documents, nor do I believe they will ever be charged.  I think any justice will be 'karma' and I do know there is no such thing as karma, but "what goes around comes around," is the Lord allowing evil to come upon them for the sins they have committed.  The Lord does not bring harm or evil to anyone, He allows autonomy of the individual and he allows bad things to come upon those who have committed evil.  He gives them the freedom to choose between right and wrong.  There's a whole lot of "allowing the devil to be loosened for seven years" coming to Aruba.

I think the fix was in before they thought, Muffy. The DEA agent on "vacation". Nat kidnapped by a "drug dealer". Bachus "the wiretaps". Rudy's phone call PVDS to Straten comment early on. Joran held two hours in NYC on the DEA watch list. Paulus' pickup at 4:00 am wiretap. They were on it, but they were fighting a corrupt system.
