No way I was getting up early on my day off for this, but tweets to my phone woke me up.
I can't see this depo ever happening.
How will the others suing her be able to find her once she goes undercover?

Morning Monks!!  I didn't get up early either...in fact I slept in....I figured Judge Rod was gonna give the defense what they wanted...had no idea he was gonna recuse himself....but even this allows her to get out of the depo....at least for now....I just had a hissy fit as my darling DH had FOX on and  was on and going on and on about how WE didn't know anything about KC except what CABLE TV had told us...frigging idiot....he only knows what his buddy JB has told him...guess what WE KNOW MORE THAN BOTH OF THEM!!!

What in the hell is wrong with the justice system in Florida?  No offense to the ones who live in Florida.

This is one of the main reasons I moved from Florida.  I was there with small children and there were way too many missing children and peodophiles.  Now, I realize there are many many good people in Florida, but it seems to be a sort of dumping ground there.  All the jerks go there from somewhere and then do crappy crap.  Sumpin is definitely wrong in the justice system there and in the water, LOL.

I heard a pedophile who moved from Minnesota to Florida & then "found GOD & saw the errors of his actions" (yeah right) say that pedophiles move to Florida because the days are longer, more kids in shorts & swimsuits longer and more kids outside, being active & playing more frequently then in colder climates.  Makes my blood boil but I guess in a sick sense it does make sense.

That is because nobody wants to admit that this jury found a very seriously guilty person not guilty because they wanted to get home and now people need to fear for their lives. 

I hate them all.  Mr. Greene just stepped into a pile of hate doo doo where KC and Bozo et al, and her lovely family are.

I am sorry, about my errors.  When I edit I do not reread

GR is being fudged up with the court date on Tuesday, with the civil suit.  It is my belief, he has made arrangements for KC,
judging by his irate behavior, and his Spiting mad opinions, of the ZG civil suit.  The only reason for him to be this upset, is
if his travel arrangements are in limbo for KC.  This is a theory of mine.

"I think it is funny how excited you were about Casey going to trial and then the jury found her innocent."

I swear, I about ripped his head off, yelled they did not find her innocent, they found her not guilty, and there is a big difference.  He then went on to ask what the difference one and I sure as heck explained it.

What sense does this make, she has 4 days to go. 

If she wins the appeal she does not have to pay the $4k in fines AND the state can not sue her for costs for the investigation which LDB is working on.  If she gets away with this people are going to absolutely flip!
