Roy Kronk, the man who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains, has sued bounty hunter Leonard Padilla in a newly filed defamation claim filed today in Orange Circuit Court.

OMG!  The attorneys are making lots of money in Orlando.  I bet this case goes to trial on time.

Casey Anthony trial is over, but the bills are still coming

The figure is at least $400,000 and climbing — and that's above what it usually costs to put on a death penalty case.

But on Friday her lawyers filed notice that they're going to appeal her conviction.

They also filed a motion asking the court to declare her indigent for that appeal. That means the taxpayers could pick up the tab for that, too.

As for KC being unstable...I hope she is.  I hope that every night since her 'not guilty' verdict, Caylee has visited her mother in jail.  I hope she hears Caylee calling 'mommy' all night long.  I hope every time she closes her eyes, she smells Caylee's remains in that trunk.  I hope that if we can't have justice for Caylee through the court system, God is giving KC justice a little piece at a time each and every night.

I have heard Mumbles say Montana a few times now.  To me that means she will end up in New Mexico or Arizona.

No........ Sims is on but separate from Mason. She hopes for "compassion" for KC. I, for one, am prepared to give her as much as she gave Caylee.

I have not been able to watch any of the dt interviews.  Just makes me ill.  The other day I saw a few minutes of the tapes of kc on Nancy Grace and I also could not watch that.  I even wrote to Greta and asked her to stop the coverage of kc but I am disappointed to see her coverage has also continued.  I have pretty much been stuck with tvland, cartoon network and classic country videos on tv.  I never thought this trial would affect me as it has.   The only things I know about what is going on is what I learn right here.   I agree with you right now I cannot find any compassion in my heart for kc.

Why does it seem everyone protects kc at every turn.  They know she will be long gone by then! 

I personally think that KC was involved with something big and someone is protecting her by buying off important people.

Wish they would all move out of Florida... they continue to be a burden to the state in one way or another..using our tax dollars whether it's disability or court appeals.  Glad I'm on the other side of Orlando! no matter where we go someone is talking about Casey.  It will be interesting to see what happens when she gets out of jail.  She'd be safer in jail than out.
