ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge ruled on Friday that Casey Anthony will not have to answer questions under oath until October 8, in the civil suit filed against her.

Why does it seem everyone protects kc at every turn.  They know she will be long gone by then! 

I personally think that KC was involved with something big and someone is protecting her by buying off important people. 

You know -this is the same thing my husband keeps telling me.  He told me when the trial started "You just watch she will walk"

As for KC being unstable...I hope she is.  I hope that every night since her 'not guilty' verdict, Caylee has visited her mother in jail.  I hope she hears Caylee calling 'mommy' all night long.  I hope every time she closes her eyes, she smells Caylee's remains in that trunk.  I hope that if we can't have justice for Caylee through the court system, God is giving KC justice a little piece at a time each and every night.

I hope she's haunted by Caylee but the real stalking is going to be by Mama. Cindy will dog her 24/7. The woman has been restricted for all this time and she will not be denied. Guaranteed, she will not leave her alone...and I personally think the whole "riff" is a sham...another sham by the lying Anthonys. They didn't do all this lying on the stand for nothing.

Casey Anthony trial is over, but the bills are still coming

The figure is at least $400,000 and climbing — and that's above what it usually costs to put on a death penalty case.

But on Friday her lawyers filed notice that they're going to appeal her conviction.

They also filed a motion asking the court to declare her indigent for that appeal. That means the taxpayers could pick up the tab for that, too.

He is just going to declare her indigent and move on.  As far as teh appeals, not sure.

I'll be there again next week; maybe I will run into her.  I wonder if she will be ready for the 104 degree heat and 100% humidity.   Great place for her to get a taste of what hell will be like.   

She's used to the Hell-like heat cause it's like that in FL ALL summer! Nuttin' like tryin to breathe and getting a lung full of scorching hot wet air!  Well now, that could also double as a description of Casey's juror's! lol

Has this been confirmed?  It makes me sick to think that the babykiller might enjoy a beautiful island retreat; a vacation that most hard-working, law-abiding people will never experience.  I hope a shark eats her.

No........ Sims is on but separate from Mason. She hopes for "compassion" for KC. I, for one, am prepared to give her as much as she gave Caylee.

I have not been able to watch any of the dt interviews.  Just makes me ill.  The other day I saw a few minutes of the tapes of kc on Nancy Grace and I also could not watch that.  I even wrote to Greta and asked her to stop the coverage of kc but I am disappointed to see her coverage has also continued.  I have pretty much been stuck with tvland, cartoon network and classic country videos on tv.  I never thought this trial would affect me as it has.   The only things I know about what is going on is what I learn right here.   I agree with you right now I cannot find any compassion in my heart for kc.

I quit watching it too!  The justice system in Orlando just amazes me!   It does not work and they are all laughing stocks!  I have lost faith in JP and Judge Munyon too!!
