"FELT" - that word used in a sentence by a polygrapher to say that they FELT that Adam was telling the truth is tantamount to "voo doo" IMO.  I was totally digusted when I read and am still shaking my head over it.  I'm hoping the public will pick up on it and it will "backfire" on the Coronado Police/San Deigo Sheriff's departments.

Also, how coincidental can things be before someone says there can't be this much coincidence:

Rebecca/sailor's knots, tow rope - Adam/works on a tow boat

Rebecca/death between 1:00 - 3:00 a.m., police called 6:38 a.m. - Jonah/away from hospital from 1:00 - 7:00 a.m.

If Jonah was away from the hospital during the 1 -7 AM time frame, and he was staying at the Ronald MacDonald house, as stated, I am sure there were employees there that were aware of his comings and goings. Checks in are most probably mandatory. You sign in and get a sticker badge...that is the way I understand it.  Is there a way to find this info?

Sheriff launches forensic exam of Zahau’s cell phone; new witness accounts reported

(snip)  "We are now confirming information from a witness that there may have been a cry for help from a woman in the mansion around 11:30 p.m. the evening prior (to Zahau's death)," Bremner said. "So that's important in terms of the time of death and in terms of the surrounding circumstances."

Wow! That's long before any alleged phone call/voice mail message from Jonah about Max.

Wow is right. Are they saying that this is the same night  that she died, but one hour prior or more before they 'think' she took her life??

Good Evening Monkeys,

Just checking in to see if anything new had been found. I have a question about the Ronald McDonald house or rather a statement. I think when parents are staying at the house they have to sign in and out so they will know who is there.  I wonder if they even checked to find out. If that was my child I would not have left his side to go sleep.
Hi Darla,
When we stayed at the Ronald McDonald house in Galveston, we had to be there by a certain time (like by 11 pm) and then the doors were locked and no one could enter the house. You could leave, but you could not get back into the house till like 6 AM in the morning. We (the family) each had responsibilities assigned as well, like taking out the trash or sweeping a kitchen. When my son was badly hurt, I did not leave his bedside for a month. I slept on the floor, chair or anywhere else I could. Every day was a rollercoaster with him, but I couldn't even fathom leaving him for a second.
I don't understand the father leaving if he knew the child was dying. And the mother left for "12 hours" to get some sleep? I could understand maybe 6 or so hours but 12? Did a nurse give the parents false hope that the child had a chance of survival? Or are they really that detached? Also, I do not get why Dina's (the mom) twin sister Nina felt it was necessary to speak with Rebecca regarding the accident at 9 or 10 at night. It had to be obvious to her how Nina felt about Rebecca. Was she fishing for information for Dina?

Adam Shacknai Polygrapher Recommended Another Lie Detector Test
(snip) "The test results from the polygraph that I gave Adam Shacknai were inconclusive, therefore, I wasn't able to form an analysis from the results of the polygraph test. Adam did not necessarily pass or fail the test. Whenever I deal with an inconclusive result, I always recommend a follow-up test. I have never been asked to do a follow-up test for Adam Shacknai.

Rebecca Zahau Death Mystery: New Witness Went To Cops To Report 'Scream For Help', Was 'Blown Off'

(snip)  The witness went to law enforcement not once, but twice, but was blown off," a source close to the Zahau family told RadarOnline.com. "This witness is credible and their information has been verified, so one is left to wonder why police did not listen to this individual. The witness' information contradicts the theory released by the sheriff's department and questions the timeline, as police claimed. We are left asking, why was this person not taken seriously?"

Family attorney releases 200 pages of Zahau's phone records

(snip) An attorney representing the family of Rebecca Zahau has released more than 200 pages of phone records to News 8; records that were not obtained by law enforcement during its investigation of Zahau's death at the Spreckels mansion.

(snip)  The phone records show a flurry of text messages and phone calls in the 24 hours prior to Zahau's hanging; including 34 messages and calls to and from the phone of Jonah Shacknai; 20 contacts with her sister Mary Zahau-Loehner; 10 calls or texts involving Adam Shacknai; and 7 contacts with a phone owned by Jonah Shacknai's friend, Phoenix-based dermatologist Dr. Howard Luber.

There were three text messages and one phone call – all on July 12 – from phones registered to Jonah's father and step mother, Gideon and Marcelle Shacknai, who live in New York State.

There's a video at the link, too - about the release of hundreds of pages of Rebecca's phone records.

On the video, 2 differnet times, they show a picutre of Nina - twin sister of Dina - they look very similar, but not identical IMO

According to AR, Rebecca hung from the ground 26-1/2 in.
She was 5 ft. 3 in. tall or 63 in, which added to the 26-1/2 in. totals:  89-1/2 in.

Assuming Adam is 5 ft. 11 in. or 71 in.
Then he raised his arms,  extending up another 20 in., which added to the 71 in. totals: 91 in.

Adam could have reached the rope to cut Becky down without using the table.

Even if his height or arm inches varies a little bit, that could be regained by standing on his toes.
Seems like did not need to use the table to cut her down – hmmmm.

New documents question whether Max Shacknai suffocated before fall

Posted: Sep 22, 2011 3:27 PM CDT Updated: Sep 23, 2011 8:07 AM CDT
By Matt Hamada

 ::snipping2::
According to the court records, investigators said a trauma doctor at the hospital where the 6-year-old was treated said the boy may have suffocated before falling from the banister.

According to the report, Jonah Shacknai's girlfriend, Rebecca Zahau, had been in the bathroom for about 10 minutes when she heard a crash. She then found the boy lying on the floor face down with a broken chandelier next to him. Rebecca yelled for her 13-year-old sister, Xena, to call 911. Maxfield was taken to the hospital.

In a follow-up investigation, Dr. Brad Peterson said after four days of medical testing, they could not determine the cause of a cardiac arrest suffered by Maxfield Shacknai.
 ::snipping2::
The search warrant goes on to say "Dr. Peterson did not feel the visible injuries were consistent with the cardiac arrest and brain swelling experienced by Shacknai. Dr. Peterson expressed concerns made based on the above factors, suffocation may have occurred prior to Shacknai's fall. Maxfield later died."

Adam did NOT need the 28 inch, 3-leg wooden table in order to cut Rebecca down, as Roger proves in the following illustration, drawn according to specifics stated in Rebecca's autopsy report and based on Adam's approx height of 5 feet 8 inches. Check it out:

Medicis Settles Case Alleging CEO Shacknai Cooked the Books

September 26, 2011

(snip) Medicis‘ (MRX) $11 million settlement of a lawsuit alleging it cooked its books by channel-stuffing — claiming extra product was sold to customers when the company knew the unwanted stock would be sent back — understates the scale of the allegations against CEO Jonah Shacknai and COO Mark Prygocki.
