What do we know about Dina's sphere of friends/family?

Good questions about Adam Shacknai.

I know a few of the answers.

Rebecca picked up Adam at the airport.  Then Adam, Rebecca and Jonah had dinner together (somewhere close to the hospital). A few hours after dinner, Rebecca was dead.

Adam came by himself.  Don't know if he's married or not.  I believe he's 49 y.o. (younger brother to Jonah)
Don't know when he left.

Don't know if Adam has a criminal record.  Do know he's worked on tow boats.  Probably, therefore, has knowledge of sailor's knots.

Don't know the answer to Dina/Adam relationship.

Another good question - don't know any details at this time.

How did Rebecca manage to get across the balcony with only one alleged pair of heel prints and a few alleged toe prints to where she allegedly jumped/fell/dove from while being bound, gagged and bound again?

How about someone called her out there, so she had her prints on the door while someone else entered her room wearing gloves. She was then hit in the head, undressed, bound, gagged and bound again then handed off to someone (boot print) out on the balcony who threw her off. The person handing her off put her in a standing position to get the dirt on her feet, the person throwing her off balcony leaned her over the railing, thus the evidence of her touching the railing.  Look at the position of the alleged heel prints facing the boot print.

All items involved were placed in her hand, while knocked out, to transfer prints.

Yes, the placement of the feet is odd...normally you walk out and one foot would end up slightly in front of the other.  This is like she was place there specifically.  Weired IMO that there's one set of foot prints and then "supposed" toe prints (doesn't look like human toe prints to me AND looks like too many toes, too).  Would she have hopped onto the balcony and then hopped onto her toes?  Boy...wouldn't that take some balancing act with your ankles tied together and your hands behind your back.  AND if those are "toe prints" then why aren't there toe prints for both feet?

How about this.  What if she was hit on the head just enough to incapicate her (not necessarily knock her out); then, someone leaned over the railing and lowered her?

The pictures of the railing show it to be in perfect condition (other than age and rust, etc.).  The rope expert said that her weight of 100 lbs. falling 9 ft. would be 600 lbs. of thrust and that the railing would have an indentation - which I take to be a slight bending - but the pictures show the railing to look just fine.

Also, the pictures indicate that the rope went over in a "straight" line.  While pictures from the bedroom and the rope on the balcony seem to be at an angled position and the coroner said she went off the balcony off-center (or words to that effect)...in other words - WHY is the picture indicating the rope went straight over (area of dust cleared on the railing) rather that showing an angle?

If she went over the rail it was a long fall - usually decapitates a person - but even considering she was only 100 lbs and that didn't happen - the neck was badly injured but NOT as though it were getting ready to separate.

I wonder if Shacknai's brother, Adam, was living on the grounds of the mansion when the boy had his accident. Adam was the one who found the girlfriends body hanging...so he is my first person of interest. Just my first reaction. Tonight (I think) Dr. Drew is doing a segment on it.

He lived in the guest house.  How in the world could someone commit suicide with their legs bound and their hands tied behind their back? How do you tie your own hands behind your back? Another case of insanity run rampant using no common sense.

Good Evening Monkeys and Guest.

I just found this case tonight and was reading over it. If Rebecca had jumped or went over that rail headfirst her neck would have broken. This is just not jiving. Who would go to the trouble of binding their hands and feet to hang themselves?

Below is a Hinky Meter blog article written by NZ about Max's Autopsy Review.
In the article is a "link" to Max's Autopsy Report.
I can't get the link to open.
If someone else is able to open the link, please copy the link and post it on this thread.
I would appreciate it very much.

Let me post the link again in case I messed up the first one.

https://doc-10-14-docsviewer.googleusercontent.com/viewer/securedownload/dsn1aovipa7l846lsfcf94nedj8q2p4u/ficg6jc7s02q1av71kumv6mv6h8hcaro/1315712700000/ZXhwbG9y

One thing that stuck out to me in the report is that he had 30cc's of black liquid consistent with charcoal in his stomach 6-7 days after his fall. Why would a six year old have charcoal in his stomach.

Puzzler if that doesn't work I will try to download it to my computer and and get it to you that way. Or maybe some smarter Monkey knows how to post it. I am too tired tonight to do it. But will tomorrow afternoon, if no one else has.

Darla, I had not heard about the charcoal - does sound odd - wonder why nothing is being written about it?

Charcoal?

I can honestly say I am at a loss here with this information.

Charcoal is usually given in many emergency rooms, following someone getting their stomach pumped, to absorb toxic substances that have been ingested- as in a drug over dose.

I'm not familiar with other uses or how charcoal would benefit Max's condition, anyone else?
